Location in heart of downtown Seaside!
Pros:

Location, amenities, staff and hotel presence. Lobby was lovely with history of Kathryn, cookies and afternoon chowder!!

It was a nice place to relax after a long day at the beach. The hot tub and especially the sauna was very nice.
Pros:

It was on the river and the balcony was nice. It was close to the main strip so we walked easily for dinner. Breakfast was also good.

We would come back. No complaints about the hotel at all

My kids really enjoyed the saltwater pool. Front desk staff was nice and chatty. They also loved the free cookies.

We enjoyed the location as well as the friendly and accommodating staff. The pool and hot tub was great as well.

Cons:

The room itself was a bit outdated. Although clean, the bed and pillows were not all that comfortable. Upon arriving in our room a strong smell of mildew was in the bathroom and we noticed the shower curtain had mold both pink and black. Very off putting. The staff did swap out the shower liner when we asked. We also had a broken glass bottle on the balcony that was overlooked by the cleaning staff. The breakfast was half decent. Edible but lukewarm and bland.

Nice hotel close to town.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and beds comfortable. Close to town and restaurants. The staff was friendly. However, the breakfast could be improved.

Cons:

Rooms were small. Breakfast not great, better to skip it.
