The location
The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They even made me a birthday sign to wish me happy bday. The location was so close to everything, too!
We had a room that was rather large and not boxy. The configuration was nice. It has a very nice balcony that looked at the river. They have cookies and chowder at certain times of the day, both are good. The bed was very good as was the pillow which is important. To fat, no sleep. It is a few blocks away from the beach and the turn around so the location is great. There are a number of places to eat nearby. The people at the desk were super nice and helpful which is a welcome relief if you have not had that.
Customer service was excellent. Front desk excellent, shout out to Amedaus. Room was nice and clean. Amenities were great. The breakfast was excellent and the service was very pleasant.

Everything about our stay here was enjoyable, from the smoked salmon chowder in the evening to the full Buffet hot breakfast in the morning. Along with beautiful finishes all along the hotel. We had a peaceful stay in a beautiful Inn. We made good use of the sauna, hot tub and pool and had beautiful views from our private balcony.

The staff was really nice. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. The river/canal view was pretty.
There was an animal odor in the room. The room/bathroom could use updating.
Housekeeping did not put clean towels in the room or pickup the dirty towels.
The location was great, with easy access to shops, dining and the beach. The room was larger than expected and was very clean. The beds were super comfortable and the cost was reasonable. Great stay!!

We didnt get up early enough to eat breakfast. We love that only adults are allowed in the pool and hot tub after 10pm, wish more hotels would do this. Nice that there was a fridge, microwaves and robes in the room.
The bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable. An extra blanket left inside the closet would have been nice but over all we had such a nice stay and would stay there again.
