Nothing spectacular, but the basics were there!
Pros:

Close to main shopping / dining street, beach and supermarket. Complimentary cookies at reception. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Booked 6+ months before stay and noted that we were coming on our honeymoon, but still got assigned a room on first floor with public walkway right outside window (no privacy), which meant we needed to keep curtains closed most of the time and couldn’t really enjoy the patio. Bright light outside all night that curtains / blinds didn’t block. Limited channels on TV and channels often didn’t match up with the TV guide. Fridge froze all of our food, but no setting to change the temp. No hair dryer. Closest water filter was up two levels and down the other end of the hall. We found the breakfast quite average - nice selection but the bread & english muffins tasted somewhat stale. However, we did hear others raving about the breakfast, so maybe our standards are too high!

Very nice stay...I'd stay here again.
Pros:

Loved the afternoon cookies and chowder, as well as the nice variety of hot drinks available all day. Great location in old town Seaside, situated on a pretty waterway next to our balcony. Room was very comfortable with great bed and linens, good wifi, with a nice coffee service in the room. Staff were very welcoming and jovial, and seemed delighted that we were staying with them.

Cons:

Pretty standard breakfast for hotels, but then again, very convenient for travelers, and included in the price.

Pros:

I liked our room and how close we were to the beach.

Cons:

The man at the front desk was very rude. We could hear everything and everyone outside our room.
