This was a great spot for a last minute family coast trip.

Amazing service and such a warm and welcoming place to stay

Amadeus was the gentleman who greated us from the front desk at the hotel. He was very friendly and welcoming.

Chowder @ 5 was great! Pool & Hot tub fabulous! Kids loved our stay! Close to all the fun, food & shopping. Rooms clean & beds cozy!! Aquarium & Fun Center in walking distance- Bit was a bit rainy the day we visited

Gorgeous river view
Pros:

We stayed for one night. Front desk was friendly. We picked up some free salmon chowder and delicious lemon cookies. Beautiful view of the river and bridges from our balcony. I used the gym but not the pool or jacuzzi. Good free breakfast. Recommend if you are near Seaside or Astoria.

Quiet little getaway.
Pros:

Was enjoyable with exception of the rainy weather. Everyone was friendly.

Also sorry, I gave my pouty dog a treat and she dropped it on the floor and I forgot to pick it up before I left.

Cons:

The inability to block off the light from the patio was not good. Need a light switch or a blind on the door. Did not sleep well being a person that prefers dark when sleeping

Uncomfortable and scary.
Pros:

Loved the property, location, room, and price.

Cons:

Didn’t like that the staff didn’t take it seriously when we found a peeping tom looking in the girls room below us. When they discovered he was also a guest staying there they did nothing. My husband ended up having to chase the guy away. Still don’t even know if the girl knows. That’s the short version of the story. It was a really scary experience.

Pros:

Great central location in downtown Seaside. Easy to walk just about anywhere on Main Street.

Cons:

Homeless people sometimes frequent the dumpster in the hotel parking lot.
