Peaceful and cozy
Pros:

Breakfast was good, room service was amazing. Beds are comfy.

Cons:

No air conditioning as the room was stuffy even with the windows open. No milk provided for coffee or tea. The shower pressure there was none.

Comfy cozy stay close to amenities
Pros:

The location was perfect. I had carpooled with some friends to attend a film festival finals happening during the weekend and chose Bay Plaza for my accomodation as it was a 2min walk to the venue. I'm glad I made the decision to switch to there as it was a better part of the city.
The staff were so friendly! Really great room with good space and a beautifiul big window of the city and the harbour.
Good close walk to things and could get to my friends accomodations as well.
Highly recommend and would be happy to stay here again.

Great staff, clean but dated accommodation.
Pros:

Close to Courtenay Place. Had breakfast and dinner, room service. Both meals were well priced , good food and fair room service charge. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Cons:

Rooms a bit run down. Wall linings suffer with water ingress damage. Bit of mould in bathroom grout. No milk in rooms unless you request it? Room a bit cold in the morning and no heater.
