Handy location & friendly staff
Pros:

Location near the centre, easy to walk about and along the waterfront. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would consider staying again if in Wellington

Well worth the price!
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff. We forgot to take our key cards twice and the staff were cool about it all. Awesome view from our room and everything is close by

Cons:

I forgot my toothbrush, so a complimentary one in the bathroom would have been nice

Short stay in Wellington

Affordable, budget hotel.
Pros:

Great location, close to heart of Courtenay Place. Good to have off street car park.

Cons:

Lack of service, daily top up of tea and coffee, and fresh towels would have been great. Did request some more tea but never arrived.
Request for fresh towels took ages, ended up giving up and using wet towels for shower before going out for the evening.

Great price, great location
Pros:

This was my second visit, the hotel is in a great location, minutes walk to bars, restaurants, theatre and water front. Easy check in/out etc.
A great hotel and I will for sure book for a third time in the future.

Cons:

Didn't try the restaurant as the menu didn't appeal to us. My only complaints would be the mini fridge in the room, no wonder it wasn't running when we arrived, the sound kept me awake half the first night. Also maybe try to soundproof the adjoining doors, we had what sounded like younger men next door the second night and could hear EVERY SINGLE WORD they said lol.
