Leaking windows in bathroom
Very good location, only five minutes away from Courtney Place. Nice views from the room. Breakfast provided, staff were nice.
The heater doesn't work well, even though I turned it to the highest level, the room was still very cold.
When I just checked into my room, the tap water was black. I waited for at least 30 seconds before it became normal.
The lights were very dim.
The TV set had no HDMI or sky TV. Only very few channels.

When we contacted front desk.. promptness
Heating.. we tried heater that was in the room.. then contacted front desk again the heater wasn't giving g out heat..
The day we booked out on the Friday, we went to restaurant at 9.45am and was told they were closed even though their hours said they close at 10am..
