No microwave, key card wasn’t user friendly
Pros:

Didn’t eat their breakfast

Cons:

Price was expensive. Didn’t know I could apply my Marriot rewards program through Bookings! No discount!!

Extremely disappointed by room’s location next to loud generators that ran all night .
Pros:

Excellent location downtown and access to highway, Bar and restaurant staff particularly personable and professional.

Cons:

I paid over $300 for a room on the second floor adjacent to a flat roof housing generators of some sort ( air conditioning ) that roared on and off all night, approximately every 20 minutes. Ridiculous. How am I supposed to sleep? Should have been notified in advance so I could have brought ear plugs or room should be discounted. Again, totally unacceptable .

Pros:

Staffs are amazing, specially the service at night, Antonio has the best customer service we love how he interacts and goes beyond what is expected. The breakfast staffs are excellent too.

I love everything about this hotel.

Terrible experience and unprofessional management
Pros:

Booked two executive rooms through Expedia, but upon arrival, was given standard rooms instead. When I raised the issue, the front desk staff called the manager, who was completely unhelpful and unprofessional, trying to claim my room was on an executive floor despite not being an executive room. She offered to cancel the booking at 7:00 PM, leaving me with no options, and refused to refund the difference after I eventually had to downgrade to a standard room. Also rooms weren’t clean.
