Le Méridien Jakarta absolutely exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the level of service, warmth, and attention to detail made this one of the most memorable hotel stays we’ve had anywhere.
A special call-out to Rama in concierge: he is a true standout. Rama went above and beyond helping us plan tours, navigate Jakarta, and generally making sure everything ran smoothly. His recommendations were thoughtful and honest (important tip: if you see suggestions online to visit the Marina/Port area, skip it because it is currently flooded, and Rama will steer you in much better directions).
The lounge team was fantastic as well. Huge thanks to Hanafiz, Dinda, Aldo, Enjong, and Angel — every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. They remembered preferences, anticipated needs, and made the lounge feel welcoming rather than transactional. Honestly, everyone we encountered throughout the hotel was wonderful.
Do not miss the spa facilities. The sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge are excellent and impeccably maintained — a perfect way to recover after a day in Jakarta traffic or sightseeing.
One pro tip: ask about included laundry services. Depending on your room type or status, this can be a very nice (and practical) perk, especially if you’re traveling long-haul or mid-trip.

My wife and i booked here on the basis we had stayed a while ago and was keen to repalsoeat our past pleasant experience.
We must say that the hotel is even better. There has been an extensive renovation both inside and outside.
We where upgraded and had a complimentary breakfast included. Both much appreciated..the Lebanese restaurant is still of a very high standard. Staff are also especially effecient and friendly. A big shout out to Angel in the club lounge who made our breakfast experience especially enjoyable. .

My second stay this year at the Le Meridien, and it was fantastic. The property is newly renovated and the hard product is well maintained. Expect plush beds and luxurious marble bathrooms as is standard of Jakarta 5* properties. The swimming pool and spa facilities were also adequate, with brand new sauna separated for males and females. All staff at the Le Meridien are well trained and are able to anticipate guest needs quickly - from the concierge, bellboy, housekeeping and FO - they made sure their guests are very well looked after. In Jakarta’s competitive luxury hotel market, guests often to return to properties for their service and repertoire. Le Meridien succeeds here, well done team!
The hotel also has a wealth of F&B dining outlets. Their ala carte breakfast at the Club Lounge is one of the best in Jakarta. I also had lunch at the Lebanese restaurant, which was excellent. One small comment, the hosts here were quite unprofessional and were gossiping with the other staff saying foul words between themselves that guests like me can hear. Unfortunately this is very typical of Indonesia for staff to behave in this way but in a 5* setting it should not happen. The lunch was not cheap and I did not expect this at all.
There will always be small mistakes, no hotel stay is ever perfect. The Le Meridien Jakarta, however, comes very close, and I will be glad to return there again and recommend the property to friends and family. Thank you LM team.
A hotel with lots to offer in Jakarta from restaurant options to a variety of facilities. A most useful lounge service provided at the hotel's Le Rendevouz club lounge. The staff were attentive at all times of need and were excellent in the services provided. Thank you to Angel, Enjang, Rai and all the other staff that made the stay enjoyably memorable.
This was my second visit to this hotel, following a visit in 2024, and I had another wonderful experience.

Indian restaurant chef Mr Alok was very courteous. His Uttapam was the best I have ever had. Even the chutneys were yummy
This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in for a long time. It was very nice and in great condition with lots of marble. My room looked brand new and was very very nice. The shower was very nice and the water was very hot. The M Club had a pretty good breakfast and lots of assortment of food during the afternoon happy hour with complementary cocktails for Club Members. Public transportation was just outside and it was close to the Convention Center. I would definitely stay here again.
Always stay in this hotel for my business trip. Dinda and the team are very attentive and friendly. Great to have them and feels like my second home.

4) room is clean but toilet flush needs to be held down all the way before it will flush completely

1) location not so good as you need to take a cab even to the nearest mall as there is nothing in the vicinity
2) the jacuzzi didn't work when I tried to use it
3) towels and bathrobe look kinda worn out

Most hospitable hotel in the world! I was already nursing a cold when I arrived in the hotel, which eventually developed into full fever. However, the hotel took so much care of me: bringing me a thermometer and air purifier when I asked them; even offering me that they can serve congee and food in my room for breakfast. The housekeeping is also one of the best (although they forgot to clean my room for one time): they always have these notes and would provide you with everything you need: extra water, hangers for your laundry, and even these cute little stuff for your cables! Amazing service. Staff are super warm. Highly recommended!
