I just checked out of Le Meridien JKT after a 6 night stay, and I want to truly give my compliments to the warm and attending service to all the staff, especially to all the staff working at the front desk. I was not able to remember everyone’s name, but a special shout out to Gabrielle!

My favourite place to stay when I’m in Jakarta. The club lounge allows me to start the day stress free and unwind after work. I’d also like to give a special mention to the staff, Enjang and Angel, and thank them for their excellent service.
I have enjoyed my stay tremendously due to the wonderful service and team, who have looked after my every need.
Ruby, Ayu, Mikha and Amanda went above and beyond to look after me and help me de-stress, I really felt at home and cared for.
Zena deserves a special mention as the best room attendant, kind and friendly with amazing attention to detail (and with incredible towel animal skills!)
This hotel also has great dining options and teams! Ayu, Teguh, Michelle, Ade and Hilda from the restaurant were so helpful and generous, with a great personalised service.
I also made use of the gym and spa, and would also like to recognise the coaches and spa attendants there (though I can't remember names) who also looked after my every need.
I will be back.

Having stayed at Le Meridien Jakarta for a 3-weeks work trip was the perfect decision. The hospitality of the staffs and proximity to office in Jakarta made my work trip (albeit tiring) a truly memorable and comforting experience. Warm gestures and meticulous efforts from each of them in the team have given me beautiful memories with the hotel and warmed my heart.
I highly and strongly commend the team at Le Meridien Jakarta for serving their customers with full sincerity and generosity - always going extra miles for customers! Special mentions to the chefs who cook up delicious meals (and chili 🌶️) - always paying attention to the needs/wants of customers, guest relations team - Ayu, Mikha and Ruby, Breakfast Team - Ayu, Idan, Agung, Basuarar, Adel (IRD), Michelle, Vuda and Nadia, Concierge Team - Boro etc. Pardon that I may not remember all of your names but all of you certainly left me with beautiful memories with Le Meridien Jakarta.
It is without a doubt that if I ever travel to Jakarta for leisure/work, Le Meridien Jakarta is the top choice for me to stay. Best experience out of all the Le Meridiens I have stayed so far!
I was in JKT for just 1 night but arrived close to 12pm. At my elite status, I was entitled to 3 pieces of complimentary laundry. As I needed to check out by 530am due to an early flight, I asked if the laundry can be sent by 12pm and returned on the same day. And the staff made sure this happened (even though by right, any laundry sent after 10am is only returned the next day. Kudos to the team!
It's the people who make the difference and this hotel proves this line time and time again. Whilst I am an elite Marriott Bonvoy member, the fact they keep the service at the same elite level every time is testament to the people who are on the front line. All that said the music in the Club Lounge every night is worth the price of admission...keep it going :)
