Le Meridien Jakarta

Staff was verr helpful. Helped with some tech issue with membership on app. Left my care inside tge room and got blocked inside. Staff at lebanese restaurant helped. Also, staff at Handi restaurant was veru cheerful- made me feel like home

The hotel was excellent. The staff in particular were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to help. I would throughlty recommend this hotel.

Walking into the lobby the place is bright, happy, colorful and well decorated. It is a fun lobby to be in.
The Rendezvous Club lounge is comfortable with amazing staff… shout out to Angel and Fauzon who made me feel welcome there when sitting by myself in the evening.
Zenn our housekeeper blew me away, he went very far above and beyond. He noticed me working away without a mousepad and brought me one, he also noticed my books without a bookmark and brought me that as well with a lovely note.
The extra attention, and attention to detail by the staff made this stay incredible.

Everything is almost ok. The only problem if you are sensitif to noise is that the rooms are not really soundproof and you can hear the motorcycle or big cars accelerating during the night. Even an upgraded room has still, for sure less, the same problem. To bad for a five stars hotel!

I just checked out of Le Meridien JKT after a 6 night stay, and I want to truly give my compliments to the warm and attending service to all the staff, especially to all the staff working at the front desk. I was not able to remember everyone’s name, but a special shout out to Gabrielle!

I will definitely be staying here again if I ever return to Jakarta for a work trip

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were absolutely amazing and really looked after me with a personal touch.

The food was also really good and I’d recommend the Lebanese restaurant in particular.

Unbeatable, spacious and clean, comfortable bed, what stood out the most was the staff, everyone from the front desk to housekeeping went out of their way to make sure I felt at home, the breakfast was so delicious, Oh...my favorite Indian restaurant 😋 thank you very much La Meridien Jakarta. Love the place. Strategy located. Comfort bed. Nice and friendly people. Many people who have impressed me. Dinda who has smiles even has no hand to handle, Gera who handle customer professionally, Hafiz who shake the ice lemon tea, Zenn who replace my receipt bookmark with a proper one, Agung who make a refreshing drink in the morning and many others such as Angel, Putra, Enjang, Farhan, Ayu, Ado, Tengah, Jesslyn, & many others who I have missed out and last but not least Fesya who I have known her great services before checking in. It has been a great pleasure staying here. How to stay here again.

What a super pleasant experience staying at Le Meridien Jakarta. When I arrived at the lobby, I was greeted with a super warm welcome from the Le Meridien staff. That night, I also got a special gift from Ms. Ruby from Guest Relations. Thank you, Ms. Ruby! It's really an experience that I won't forget.

The service is wonderful and every one here is so kind and nice, such a great experience!

My favourite place to stay when I’m in Jakarta. The club lounge allows me to start the day stress free and unwind after work. I’d also like to give a special mention to the staff, Enjang and Angel, and thank them for their excellent service.

I have enjoyed my stay tremendously due to the wonderful service and team, who have looked after my every need.

Ruby, Ayu, Mikha and Amanda went above and beyond to look after me and help me de-stress, I really felt at home and cared for.

Zena deserves a special mention as the best room attendant, kind and friendly with amazing attention to detail (and with incredible towel animal skills!)

This hotel also has great dining options and teams! Ayu, Teguh, Michelle, Ade and Hilda from the restaurant were so helpful and generous, with a great personalised service.

I also made use of the gym and spa, and would also like to recognise the coaches and spa attendants there (though I can't remember names) who also looked after my every need.

I will be back.
