Holiday Inn Selma - Swancourt by IHG

Room was clean and free of orders.. Right off the freeway which made it easy to travel to my event. Didn't offer breakfast onsite but right next door was a resturaunt "Legend" that was good. For a little extra you get 2 breakfast vouchers. Overall nice facility, clean, good customer service..

Let customers know how noisy the rooms are by the freeway. The trains bell is very loud and very early

The breakfast at Legends was yummy. Bed was too firm; made my hips hurt so much it woke me up. Rooms on the highway side are noisy. Stopper in tub didn’t work. Tub wasn’t completely clean. The hotel itself was quiet. Furnishings in the room were nice. WiFi worked great. Desk staff very friendly

The Swan Court hotel was a total find! A terrific stopping point on our road trip. Staff are super nice and accommodating. Room very clean. I love the Dove soap products! Great restaurant next door so we did not have to get back in the car. Cool kitschy attractions like a windmill, English phone booth and German nostalgia in the pub. Lovely pool & hot tub. Nice koi pond. Only disappointment was we did not see any swans! Whole heartedly recommend this hotel for families!

Can’t complaint,comfort beds,clean rooms

The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable.
The restaurant was a bit different. They only had one person working, she forgot our drinks and took more then 20 minutes to take out drink and food order.
The food was delicious.

Jasmine is so wonderful and Mark was so accommodating and understanding! Our car broke down 3 hours from home after a funeral. It was after 11pm and it had been a long day. We had our car towed to the Holiday Inn parking lot because it was right across the street from the car service place and we were pretty distraught since we had planned to be home that night and had only the clothes on our back having driven up just for the day.
Jasmine set us up with a really nice room and toiletries (we didn’t have anything with us to spend the night and those toothbrushes and toothpaste/mouthwash and deodorant really helped when we were feeling down and out). She even found some phone chargers for us to borrow for the night and a really nice extra comforter which she brought to our room.
The next day we had to wait until 4:30pm for our car to be fixed and Mark was so nice and helpful. He let us stay past check out time so we didn’t have to wait the whole time at the car place. He was really understanding and it meant so much to us. Honestly, sitting on the bed and watching TV while we were feeling sorry for ourselves while waiting for our minivan to be fixed was so much nicer than sitting in uncomfortable chairs for hours at the dealership.
We are so grateful to Mark and Jasmine at the Holiday Inn in Selma. Thank you!
