Overall a positive experience. Friendly staff is a real plus.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean and attractive. The room had obviously been recently remodeled and they did a good job decorating.

Cons:

The room smelled like smoke. The odor got worse when the air conditioning was in use.

Cons:

The hot foods of breakfast was awful. You need a better quality of sausage and do away withe sausage & gravy, it tasted awful. Please put on menu sausage biscuits, bacon.

Facility met expectations.
Pros:

Newly renovated facility, clean, and comfortable.

Cons:

Booking.com sent me a link to the wrong location of the hotel. We struggled and drove through scary areas for a long time to find our hotel. We will no longer trust Booking.com direction link. It would have been easier if I had looked up the address myself rather than trusting that link.

The staff was exceptional.

Cons:

We booked a room for 3 adults but the room had a king bed with no place for the 3rd party (my adult developmentally challenged daughter) to sleep. I guess I should have verified prior, but since the reservation was clearly for 3 adults, I assumed there would be a fold out chair/ couch or something for the 3rd adult. Nope. Thankfully the staff there came to the rescue.

Good value, great staff!
Pros:

Staff were lovely and considerate. Offered a “treasure” (toy) to my kids from the treasure chest. The woman who checked us in offered us a renovated room but explained there would be construction work being done so I could make an informed choice about which type of room I wanted. The renovated room was nice and had a microwave and mini fridge and plenty of places to store items.

The breakfast was plentiful and lots of options. The pool wasn’t big but it was clean and great for my kids. The hotel was quiet and close to many restaurants and stores.

Cons:

We found a chewed up pen cap under the chair and there was no Kleenex in the room-neither really a big deal at all.

A great place for a home vacation.
Pros:

the breakfast was ok. Not much variety and the bacon tasted like paper. But I liked that the facility was quiet and clean. Also, that the ice machine always had ice. I wish there were a patio or somewhere outside to sit.

The bacon tasted like paper. Other than that, we really have no complaints.
