WORST HOTEL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!!
Pros:

If I could rate this place a zero, I would!!! I did not get my moneys worth! And they wouldn’t even provide a partial refund for the amenities that they didn’t provide. This place is pure TRASH 🗑️🗑️🗑️

Cons:

This hotel was absolutely disgusting! It had a horrible stinch in the hallways and the air conditioner blew out a horrible stinch when turned on. I was never notified that they were doing construction. I booked through booking.com and they acted as if they couldn’t contact booking and get my contact information. I would’ve made different accommodations had I known. I was forced to stay here because every hotel in the area was booked to capacity.

The front desk clerks had the WORST attitudes. One guys response to me was “It is well known that we are under construction”. There isn’t anything on booking that says this location is under construction, nor that we have to walk across the street in the cold for breakfast, nor that the pool and gym are closed. I paid $160 per night to stay at this trifling hotel. Why would I pay that much money if I knew I would be this inconvenienced???

Their website doesn’t even mention these things.

When I contacted Pamela Guy who is the assistant regional manager, she explained that they weren’t going to provide me a partial refund. I wasn’t asking for a full refund, just a partial. I paid the extra money because they had a pool, a gym, and were supposed to provide a hot breakfast on site. NONE OF THESE AMENITIES WERE PROVIDED!! It’s only fair that they give me some of my money back. I will never stay at a Fairfield INN, nor any Marriott for as long as I live!!! They will never get another dime out of me. I hope it was worth it 😘✌🏾.

The breakfast was the same both days of the week-end. Not much variety - shower was sub-par.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Bathroom was also clean.

Cons:

For a newly renovated room, the shower door would not stay closed. I told the front desk clerk in the morning when checking out and she said " Yes, we are having trouble with those". I would think you have paid a good deal for this work and make it right before renting the rooms.

Overall a positive experience. Friendly staff is a real plus.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean and attractive. The room had obviously been recently remodeled and they did a good job decorating.

Cons:

The room smelled like smoke. The odor got worse when the air conditioning was in use.

Facility met expectations.
Pros:

Newly renovated facility, clean, and comfortable.

Cons:

Booking.com sent me a link to the wrong location of the hotel. We struggled and drove through scary areas for a long time to find our hotel. We will no longer trust Booking.com direction link. It would have been easier if I had looked up the address myself rather than trusting that link.

We booked a room for 3 adults but the room had a king bed with no place for the 3rd party (my adult developmentally challenged daughter) to sleep. I guess I should have verified prior, but since the reservation was clearly for 3 adults, I assumed there would be a fold out chair/ couch or something for the 3rd adult. Nope. Thankfully the staff there came to the rescue.

Good value, great staff!
Pros:

Staff were lovely and considerate. Offered a “treasure” (toy) to my kids from the treasure chest. The woman who checked us in offered us a renovated room but explained there would be construction work being done so I could make an informed choice about which type of room I wanted. The renovated room was nice and had a microwave and mini fridge and plenty of places to store items.

The breakfast was plentiful and lots of options. The pool wasn’t big but it was clean and great for my kids. The hotel was quiet and close to many restaurants and stores.

Cons:

We found a chewed up pen cap under the chair and there was no Kleenex in the room-neither really a big deal at all.

A great place for a home vacation.
Pros:

the breakfast was ok. Not much variety and the bacon tasted like paper. But I liked that the facility was quiet and clean. Also, that the ice machine always had ice. I wish there were a patio or somewhere outside to sit.
