Worth the price for the location.
Pros:

Location was convenient. I could walk to quite a few places. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

It was a weekend, and some of the guests on my floor were up late partying and making noise. There wasn't much food left when I went downstairs to breakfast. It was still pretty early too.

Pros:

The wonderful spot to access to everything, safe and warm spot even in winter season.

Cons:

The building has minor noisy parts and there is a single part building that can look nasty after snowing because of how wet it is and it is one of the entrace around the back, everytime I went to the gym I was thinking how lucky we are we werent in those rooms. But still, it is a great place and trully afordable, one of the few hotels I can tell I was given more than I paid for

Beautiful location
Pros:

A forested location bordering the university with plenty of restaurants and even a brewery. We appreciated moving our bikes into the room.
