Apparently food department decided to not stock sugar free syrup any more. Seriously? I can bring my own next time. But if this was just an oversight on your end please consider restocking the sugar free syrup asap.

It wasn't the best stay
Pros:

The pricing was good

Cons:

No maintenance on site and the remote control did not work for the TV and they couldn't do anything about it so we didn't have a tv

Cons:

Not clean in the first room we got with hair and bed weren’t clean, water leaking on the faucet.. and second room had hair on the beds, Face towel had blood mark on one and towels weren’t clean as well..

Pros:

the bathroom was new and great. For a small footprint, the room had everything I needed.

Cons:

Curtains could not be closed without covering the AC blower.

Pros:

Nice location next to NAU campus, easy walk to meet my son who is in a dorm on campus without worrying about parking on campus.
Breakfast did have eggs, and a protein. It checked the box but was minimal

I was a little uncomfortable in the room. I was missing pictures with screw holes left unpatched, with faded wall paper Thin blanket, comforter, and sheets. I was cold at night and getting up at night with cold tile was uncomfortable. The room did have a heater but I like a cold room with warm bed. I could have asked the the front desk for another blanket.

Cons:

I wish the hot tub was being maintained. I was looking forward to it after skiing. If it advertises a pool, it needs to be working. I have seen hotels were the pool is closed and hot tub is still open.

Pros:

The wonderful spot to access to everything, safe and warm spot even in winter season.

Cons:

The building has minor noisy parts and there is a single part building that can look nasty after snowing because of how wet it is and it is one of the entrace around the back, everytime I went to the gym I was thinking how lucky we are we werent in those rooms. But still, it is a great place and trully afordable, one of the few hotels I can tell I was given more than I paid for
