Pros:

Staff was friendly and spoke well English

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable. The mattress was sunk to the center. Let’s get rid of foam mattress and get the real thing. And get queen size! Why do you use full. Not comfortable with two adults

Pros:

Location was good for what I needed

Cons:

I am trying to eat a whole food plant based diet. I didn't see the oranges until much last day. There was not much there without a lot of added sugar, which I am trying to avoid. Coffee would have been nice later in the day, but not a deal breaker.

Nice stay and clean, but beds are too soft; lack firmness
Pros:

Nice size room on 1st floor. Quiet at night

Cons:

Bed was way too soft for my back. Also walkin shower did not retain water well. Spilt into rest of bath flooring easily

Pros:

Enjoyed our stay in Flagstaff. The breakfast was good, with omelets, oatmeal, fresh fruit, juices, and plenty of other options. The hotel was comfortable, and the staff was welcoming. Overall, a very good experience and a great value for the stay.

Pros:

Breakfast was awesome! Pool hours til 10 pm were the best for my kids and summer travel hours. Worked out perfect! Food locations so convenient kids and I loved it.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were hot items at breakfast. The location was nice with restaurants around and decent views.

Cons:

The pool needing so clean. Someone from the room next door tried to open the adjoining door aggressively. The front desk did move his room. Our one bed had bed bugs we discovered and reported before we checked out.

Safety concerning and bed bugs
Pros:

There were hot breakfast items. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The location was nice not far from downtown and highway. Surrounding restaurants walkable were good.

Cons:

The pool could have been cleaner. The adjoining room aggressively attempted to get into our room though staff was responsive and moved the person. We discovered the one bed had bed bugs and checked out after notifying the staff.
