Amazing but price need adjustment.
Pros:

The location the cleaning and checking in and out was smooth and quick. They let us leave our bags for free after checkout.

Cons:

The value could be better, more amenities for cleaning dishes and room could be provided since no one comes and clean the place every day .

Sehr nettes Personal, wunderbare Dachterasse mit Traum-Aussicht

Cons:

Ausstattung der Küche des Studios sehr sparsam (z.B. 2 Weingläser und 2 Saftgläser) und z.T schon in die Jahre gekommen (z.B rostiger Korb in der Spülmaschine)

Pros:

After my original hotel cancelled hours before I was supposed to check in, I found a room here. The staff, especially Juanma, really made me feel welcome and at home. The location is great, I particularly enjoyed the roof terrace where I watched the sunset many nights. The bed was very comfortable and the room was calm, even though the hotel is super central. Definitely will stay here again!

The location is great it is in the middle of the rambla opposite to carrefour
the kitchen contains all the dishes you may need

Cons:

There is no room service you have to pay for it 25 euro for each time
