Auf Beanstandung wurde schnell und freundlich reagiert.

Sehr freundliches Personal, welches schnell auf unsere Beanstandungen reagiert hat.

Cons:

Es war leider sehr laut durch die Hauptstraße und die quietschenden Betten. Zudem hat unser Zimmer zunächst ganz fürchterlich gerochen, so dass wir darin nicht hätten übernachten können. Es wurde aber, im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten, sehr schnell reagiert und Abhilfe geschaffen.

Ottima posizione, ma meglio portarsi bagnoschiuma e asciugamani da casa.

Posizione vicinissima alla U1. Stanza gradevole.

Cons:

Bagno in stile “camper” totalmente privo di bagnoschiuma/shampoo e con solo 2 asciugamani da doccia (niente asciugamani da mani/viso). Al secondo giorno abbiamo trovato il dispenser del bagnoschiuma vuoto come il giorno precedente ed avevano sostituito un solo asciugamano doccia (di asciugamani viso continuava a non vedersi neanche l’ombra). Al rientro serale siamo scesi a chiedere il cambio dell’asciugamano bagnato del giorno prima con uno pulito ed abbiamo dovuto specificare bene che non si trattava di un asciugamano “aggiuntivo”. Dall’asciugamano pulito che ci hanno dato, è caduta fuori una grossa palla di capelli quando abbiamo fatto per aprirlo dopo la doccia. Questo fa scendere molto la valutazione del servizio.

Pros:

Es gab ein Problem mit dem Fernseher (ließ sich nicht ausschalten). Der notwendige Zimmerwechsel wurde vom Personal sofort und unproblematisch gelöst.
Das Haus liegt sehr nahe an U und S Bahn.
