Aufenthalt bei Hitzewelle

Uns hat die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals sehr gefallen

Cons:

Unser Aufenthalt fand während der ersten großen Hitzewelle Ende Juni 2026 statt. Wir haben das Hotel auch wegen der vorhandenen Klimaanlage ausgesucht und wegen des ansprechenden Preises. Leider war die Klimaanlage nicht für Temperaturen über 35 Grad ausgelegt und brachte so gut wie keine Kühlung.
Die Fenster nachts zu öffnen, ist in diesem Hotel keine Alternative, weil es direkt an der S-Bahn liegt und an einer Durchgangsstrecke für sehr laute Güterzüge. Es wird dann zwar kühler, aber man kann wegen des Lärms nicht schlafen.
Auch hat uns nicht gestört, dass der Abfluss des Waschbecken nahezu verstopft war. Das Waschbecken war sauber, aber der untere Teil des Abfluss-Stopfen war verdreckt.

Für den geplanten Zweck völlig OK.
Pros:

Frühstück war super. Angestellte sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Großer Fernseher.

Cons:

Klimaanlage war nicht ausreichend bzw. ist eine Nacht gar nicht gegangen. Straßen sind recht laut. Kein Safe im Zimmer.

Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Man kommt super von dort überall hin. Ich würde jederzeit nochmal dort übernachten.

Ubicacion respecto al transporte publico y trato del personal muy amable.

Cons:

Tamano de la habitacion es un poco reducido cuando uno se encuentra viajando con 2 equipajes grandes. Las instalaciones tal vez necesiten una renovacion en el corto plazo.

Alles zusammengefasst war es eine tolle Woche und ich werde dieses Hotel jetzt immer wieder wählen
Pros:

das Zimmer war schön, das Bett sehr bequem und das Frühstück sehr lecker und vielseitig. Auch das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Hevorragend ist auch die Lage des Hotels. Ein paar Meter um die Ecke und man konnte mit der S und U-Bahn in Hamburg alles erreichen. Das Auto brauchte man in der ganzen Zeit nicht mehr.

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage wo man sein Auto gesichert gegen Gebühr abstellen kann ist eine Herausforderung . Die Parkeinheiten sind wirklich sehr eng und durch die vielen Säulen ist es sehr schwierig zu manövrieren.
