Wonderful Stay and Exceptional Hospitality
Pros:

It was an incredible experience. I truly felt like I was staying at a family member’s home.

All of the staff were extremely respectful, kind, and welcoming. I would especially like to thank the gentleman at the front desk who wears glasses. He was absolutely wonderful, very polite, and took such great care of us from the moment we arrived.

I honestly have nothing negative to say. I’m simply grateful for such a wonderful stay and for the exceptional hospitality we received.

Emplacement

Cons:

À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté une fuite au plafond dans notre chambre. Par ailleurs dans la seconde chambre , le climatiseur a émis un bruit important durant toute la nuit, ce qui a fortement nui à notre confort. Je considère que ces désagréments sont particulièrement importants pour un séjour d’une seule nuit.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent throughout my stay, and the room was comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained. The breakfast was well prepared, with a good variety of options and high-quality food.

CHARGED $140 AND NOT GIVEN A ROOM. Arrived 2am in the morning on Sunday 05/31 and their “system was down” we tried 3 different cards to pay. Nothing went through, we stayed there for an hour+ until we decided to cancel and go to another hotel. Next day I see charges were made and they are refusing to acknowledge it. I’ve called and the manager is not giving me my money back for a service they REFUSED to provide and wasted our time. I’m demanding my money back.
