Horrrible!
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The TV was falling off the wall. I told reception and nobody came to fix it. Also it didn’t even work. I smelled weed at 2am and tried to phone reception and couldn’t get through. As a woman staying alone I felt very unsafe.

The location was excellent, but I would not return.
Pros:

The staff was ok, very kind. The location was excellent. But the room, the toilet, the bath did not meet my expectations. No cleaning, the windows could not be opened.

Cons:

THe room, the bed, the bath, the toilet. There was an obscure light in the room and the beds were uncomfortable.

It was dirty everywhere, and the curtains had stains on them, dust everywhere, The shower was broken, smelled bad, and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned. but the staff were nice, and the location was great

The price was low and the location was good, but I really should’ve read the reviews…

Cons:

Big mistake. Early check in is not possible (the receptionist acted like she had never heard of such a think) and they charged me GBP 8 to keep my bags for 6 hours in a room in the basement that had no security. Once I got the room, it was super run down, no soap provided, no hair dryer provided, no heat. Paper-thin walls. NO WIFI! Totally miserable.

I hated it.
Pros:

The only good thing about this "hotel" is it's location.

Cons:

I really didn't care for it. I got offered a family suite in the basement. The whole basement smells of and is moldy. The room and the bathroom were dirty (except the toilet bowl). The furniture is falling apart, just as the sink cabinet. Awful. The staff is mostly bad, especially the guy that works in the reception. Skip it, pay more for something better.

Worst hotel in my life

Its the worst hotel I have ever been in in my life. Hotel Hell. Take it off yiur platform. I will never use booking.com again
It was hotel hell. They lied to you. I sent proof. I spent 725 dollars and you compensated me with 27 dollar. What a joke. Every hotel has TV and wifi.This one dont. I sent pictures multiple time and they say no sent from the email you sent me to send photos. You basically riped me off. This hotel should not be on your site. Its discussing what you did to me on my vacation

L’emplacement seulement !!

Cons:

Premiers chambre moisi donc obligéde changer de chambres ,Chaufage défectueux donc impossible de mettre le chauffage la nuits aucune lampe de chevet ne marcher mis a part celle de la salle de bain et la principale salle de bain moisie et deux serviettes pour 3 personnes rien a voir avec les photo!
