Everything was up to part
Beds were comfy. The room was big. The staff were amazing!
The pool was dirty and small, but we didn't swim anyways.
The air conditioner too big for the small room . Too much moisture in the room . Everything else its ok.

Nice spacious room. Kenato was attentive to our needs. It wasn't too far from Everglades port.
The bed was really hard and uncomfortable and made this horrible noise every time you moved.

When I left
Upon arrival I asked the front desk if I could cancel Sunday night if I needed to and was told yes. Let them know by Sunday morning and it is ok to cancel. Sunday morning I was told it was too late but they were going to ask their manager and they would contact me. I had an emergency and needed to go back home to Tallahassee Sunday morning so I left. I still have not been contacted. Terrible service and the hotel room smelled like mildew and mold. I’ll never stay there again
Clean and comfortable
The smoke alarm went off at 3am while I was asleep. There were no maintenance workers present. I had to stand on the table to disconnected it myself and bring it to the front desk
