I would suggest a lamp for the desk and perhaps a floor lamp by the lovesest hid-a-bed.
Room size was good. Relatively clean. The couch was blue.
The TV was on when we came in. The microwave was flashing 44 seconds because it hadn’t been cleared. We had to ask for extra pillows. The bed was extremely uncomfortable because it bowed on the side near the wall. The bathroom had a pocket door, which was very difficult to open and close.

I lost days of work....because the internet isn't working I changed rooms and it was still bad. A Tv Terrible.Horrible smell in the room. Mold.
I did not check in because the rate the desk clerk could not answer my question about the rate for the stay. I went to my car to talk to my wife, when zi returned to the desk no one was there. I waited several minutes and no one returned to the desk. I left
I was charged for a stay when I could not check in.
Me hicieron irme en mi 3er día de reserva siendo q reserve 8 días. Esto fue por fumar, pero me expulsaron y además me sacaron una multa, se quedaron con todo mi dinero. Estafadores.
Quiet & clean
The breakfast was excellent. There was great coffee, many options for hot and cold food choices. The staff member who set up the breakfast was very helpful and attentive to keep everything filled and clean.
I had a problem with the AC, and the staff tried to fix it immediatly. They were friendly and helpful.
There was a smell of humidity/mildew coming from the AC. I mentioned it to the staff. A maintenance man came and vaccuumed the unit, but it really didn't help much.
I did not like anything about this hotel. I felt unsafe because only the bolt locked on my front door and there was no way to lock the balcony. I asked the staff if I could change v rooms and he refused said they were all booked yet on the website it said there were at least 6 r rooms still available. I told him I didn't care if I had to move to single king room even though it was less as long as it was more secure. His answer was to have a maintenence man I don't know invade my room and work on the locks. By 10pm I asked to check out and recieve a partial refund. He said I would have to contact booking com for refund yet I have never heard of that. Then when I asked for my 100 dollar deposit back he said oh 7 days I asked for receipts an d he refused to give them to me I asked for supervisor he said no its out of their hands I would have to contact booking.com. from bookingncom. The hotel clearly states boca Raton yet it's v in the hood. Everything was misrepresented please help me get my $281 dollars back from them and my 100 deposit. I am out almost $400 dollars please help! Thank u
