The location was very near the city centre
Convenient location. Room is small and difficult to fit two large suitcases. We asked for two extra pillows the first night, but the second night they took them away. Never understood why. Also, there were used plates and glasses on two trays outside the elevators. They were left there for a whole day and the staff did not remove them.
The immediate area is a bit bland but it is only a short walk to the older and more interesting part of the city.
The building is new and very clean and quiet. The room was spotlessly clean and was very comfortable.
The bed was comfortable and it is very conveniently located to the metro. Staff was great. The listing on Expedia said they had a rooftop terrace and laundry facilities which is a large reason why we chose it over others. They did not have laundry facilities or even offer that they had cleaning services and their “rooftop terrace” was a terrace called “Rooftop” that was at ground and second level.
Good location for exploring the city (on the edge of the historic district so it has the benefit of AC). Good sized rooms (for a European city) with adequate amenities and good bistro. Breakfast good (though crowded on Sunday peak times). Staff very helpful.
stay so far is great, staff friendly , very welcoming
Great for transport links and easy 10 minute walk to centre
Great Location, close to tram and bus with easy walking distance to the centre of Bordeaux.
The pillows were not comfortable . There was a back up in shower whenever we use the bathroom sink so it was spurting dirty water but they did come and fix it as soon as we told them.. The room they gave us was too small for three people
Enjoyed our stay immensely, staff very friendly and helpful.
Food and drink in restaurant very tasty. Used it every night of our stay it was so good! Liked the free drink offer for keeping our own room tidy!!😀
Returning next week for one night in the baby ibis next door so see how that measures up.
If we ever return to BORDEAUX it will be IBIS all the way for us.

Good stay. Room was very quiet. Breakfast very good value for money. Good bar. AC needed to be colder for the heat. We booked two rooms which were advertised as having 3 single beds, but actually had 2 single beds and a sofa bed.
The upsides
Great location.
Very helpful and friendly staff
Clean
Nice bar and restaurant.
On the downside
Airconditioning did not work well and could not be fixed
A bit random whethre there is fresh fruit at breakfast.
The property was a little bit old but centrally located very close to the old town. The staff were very friendly and they have accommodated our requests .
Quiet, spacious rooms, easy to check in and leave luggage as required. Right next to the tram stop so easy to get to/from the airport. Walkable to cathedral and town centre within 10-20 mins. Good restaurants and convenient shops nearby.
It was comfortable enough but felt very sparse on tea and coffee facilities. Only one towel provided but did give me more when asked. No fridge or water in room. Could get water from reception dispenser to save money but used money on powering the lift up and down nine floors to get it.
Comfortable, stay in a modern hotel a little way out from the main area of Bordeaux. Good facilities, including a good breakfast
Good location for walking everywhere. Great breakfast! Lots of restaurant options nearby.
Great access to transit, room was comfortable and quiet, varied breakfast. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and enjoyed it.
Ideal location if arriving from the airport. Under 100m to walk from the tram stop which costs under €2. Easy walking distance from the centre. Plenty of grocery stores nearby too. The staff are very friendly.
It was convienent
