Location is great. Close to St John’s Town Center. Rooms are clean and staff are very friendly and nice.

Hospitality at its finest. They went above and beyond to help me celebrate my daughter’s 7th birthday. After planning for months and a long drive to Florida, they helped me surprise her with a gift in the room. Thank you to Irma and the manager on duty who helped remind me that there are moments that can’t be replaced.
Room was ready before time, clean and well appointed.

Breakfast was yummy !

Hotel was nice, however there was a loud, drunk party across the hall from 11Pm to 1AM. Had to call the front desk twice -- sleep was interrupted. Should have been corrected the first time if you ask me.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room and enviroment at the facility was cean. The breakfast bar had a variety of choices.

Jabob is the best host ever. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The beds are not comfortable but the pillows were great and plentiful and that helped the comfort level.

Hotel is near tons of stores and restaurants at the St. John's Town Center. Staff was very helpful. Nice pool. No issues.

This hotel is excellent. The staff is very friendly, especially Kim. Rooms are always clean. Third time staying here and will definitely stay again.

The GM Amanda was great and helped me when online site said it was sold out and she said they wasn’t.

Room, hotel, etc everything perfect except that I was billed for parking after checkout with no notice. Not too big of a deal but would have preferred to settle that at reception instead of it automatically being charged to my business account despite my stay being personal and paid in points.

I’ve stayed at many Home2 Suites by Hilton locations over the years, and this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had. The hotel itself was outstanding—everything was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming from the moment I walked in.
What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Every team member I encountered during my stay was exceptional—polite, professional, and even brought a great sense of humor to their interactions. That level of service made a lasting impression.
This is easily one of the best Home2 Suites I’ve stayed at, and I’ve stayed at quite a few. I definitely want to give a special shoutout to the staff at this location for making the experience so memorable.

Easy contactless registration through the Hilton app. Hotel was very clean. The mattress was okay, I expect better from a Hilton, but it could have been worse. Breakfast has a nice assortment of hot and cold options. All staff that I encountered were very friendly. I would stay again.
