Over just "ok"
Pros:

Very friendly staff

Cons:

Pool had a strange aroma matching ferret musk.
Our room was similar but seemed yo have just been repaired assuming some sort of flood as the cabinet side were swelled and rotting at the bottom.
The rear exit had no disability access or switch for ADA. If there was a fire in the hall anyone in a wheelchair would be trapped inside.
