Nice stay, comfortable rooms
Pros:

Clean, new, comfortable room. Our room was changed to a quiet one when we complained about the noise coming through the connecting room door

Cons:

A simple breakfast that’s included in the price as an option would be good to have given that there aren’t many places for that close to its location

Will always stay here from now on when in the area. Extremely pleased!
Pros:

Great restaurant on-site, an around the clock shuttle transporting you to and from the Albany airport, which is less than a mile away. Very quiet! Wonderful beds and pillows in a well laid out room. Aesthetically pleasing decor and environment. Great staff. Excellent coffee.

We paid for breakfast in advance, but it turned out that we had to pay for many of the things on the menu because they were not included in our breakfast.

Cons:

We had previously paid for breakfast to be included, but it turned out that we could only have breakfast one morning. That was written in the package we bought. No one showed us where it was written like that.
