Большой просторный номер. Мы бронировали люкс или вроде того. Хорошая парковка. Сносный ресторан. Тихо.

Cons:

Персонал на стойке регистрации. Индусы говорят с сильным акцентом, при заселении смотрят на тебя странно, я не чувствовала себя комфортно. Очень тяжело найти лифт в этом отеле. Грязный пол и ковры в номерах. А также очень темно и низкие потолки.

Desmond Hotel Review
Pros:

Location to the airport and a very efficient airport shuttle. The shuttle driver , Carl , was very helpful .

Cons:

The Keurig coffee maker in the room did not work . After a long day of travel , a nice hot cup of coffee would have been very nice .

Took care of us as soon as we arrived , it was earlier than check in time, but they were very understanding of the situation of a BIG snow storm approaching.

Did not eat here. Coffee fresh and hot. Staff attentive and helpful. Inner Plaza delightful. Bar and restaurant for dinner very good.
