Perfect place for college graduation weekend

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était bon mais attention, nous n’avons pas accès à tout gratuitement. Il comprend juste une assiette salée définie par le restaurant et une boisson chaude OU froide.
J’ai pris des brioches toastées qui ne faisaient pas partie de l’offre. Prévoyez de payer en plus.
Petit plus proposé par l’hôtel gratuitement, c’est de vous déposer à l’aéroport, ce qui est très appréciable.

Cons:

Nous avons testé le restaurant de l’hôtel car il avait des bons avis. À priori la cuisine était faite par un chef.
Franchement pour le prix, la qualité n’y est pas. Peu de choses sont faites maison. C’est plutôt de l’assemblage. Nous étions 3 personnes et avons pris en entrée des wings de poulet, une petite pizza mozzarella. Puis en plat, des ravioles au porc (29 dollars), des pâtes au pesto et crevettes ( 25 dollars) et un filet de flétan (33 dollars). Le poisson était cru et congelé à l’intérieur, l’assiette de raviolis ne donnait pas envie et les pâtes hyper grasses. Total : 144 dollars pour 3 repas.
Le restaurant n’était donc pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. Dommage !!!
Concernant le personnel, ils vous croisent et ne vous disent même pas bonjour. Un peu décevant !!!

Pretty design with the beautiful courtyards, Convenient, clean,comfortable, and the restaurant on site was nice and the food was good. Free parking as well!!

Everything was excellent. The grounds are spacious, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. We arrived for a conference before the standard check-in time, and they kindly allowed us to check in early without any additional charge, which we truly appreciated.

Inside, the hotel feels like a self-contained complex, with many halls and rooms throughout the property. There is also a pond with fish and a swimming pool. The pool is rather small, so we did not end up using it.

Our room was large, clean, and well-appointed, with quality furnishings and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very nice.

Very pretty hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The facility is very clean and the location is close to highways. Despite being located near the Albany airport, there were no problems with airplane noise.

The hotel has a beautiful courtyard with a pond with coys and a fountain.

Cons:

Rooms did not have a microwave oven.

Stay was exceptional. Hotel and restaurant has been updated. All personnell were fruendly and eager to assist.
Pros:

Hotel was well appointed. Friendly and accommodating staff. Great restaurant and restaurant staff.

Cons:

Should have glassware in rooms.

Pros:

Staff is very friendly

Cons:

This is a basic 2-3 star hotel. Absolutely not luxury.
Not very clean. Dusty. Showers were not very clean.
No extra amenities.

Too Noisy !
Pros:

The usual great people , very clean, great restaurants and bar . BUT VERY , VERY NOISY AND AND BASS SETTINGS WERE SO HIGH EVERYTHING IN OUR ROOM. VIBRATED UNTIL AFTER 11:00 PM
