Clean, comfortable, convenient to Albany airport and super friendly staff.
Pros:

Super friendly and convenient with shuttle service to airport which is only 5 minutes away. The burger from the restaurant was very tasty as well.

Cons:

They offer free parking for up to two weeks if you book the park and fly package directly on their website. I didn’t know this so I had to pay for parking having booked via a third party.

Beautiful hotel, pleasant and comfortable stay
Pros:

Desmond is a very nice, well-kept hotel. The courtyard in the middle of the hotel is a welcome surprise, very visually pleasing and nice to look it. That was our view from the room. We also had a breakfast voucher with our room.

Cons:

Overall, very nice hotel in close proximity to Albany. Many restaurants close by, nothing to complain about.
