Took care of us as soon as we arrived , it was earlier than check in time, but they were very understanding of the situation of a BIG snow storm approaching.

Enjoyed the property, the courtyard area is lovely. We will definitely stay there again. :)

The hotel was very clean. Staff pleasant & welcoming. Bar & restaurant were nice. Great cocktails. Breakfast was delicious and our server was excellent!!

I was staying in preparation for an early morning flight. I will return.
Pros:

The front desk staff was very competent and pleasant. Dinner at the hotel was good, not fabulous, but again, the staff was remarkably helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

The bed. The mattress was way too soft. I left with a backache. I wish that a hotel such as yours would offer one soft mattress, one firm mattress in rooms with two beds so that guests could choose.

It was ok.
Pros:

The customer service representatives were really nice and very helpful.

Cons:

I think for the price there could have been a better value, because it felt like staying at a best western or a Hampton Inn, with a higher price.
