Pros:

I really liked the bar staff they were super nice and helpful. The restaurant was great in the evening and the location is fab

I didn’t like the breakfast. Although it was fully stocked it was so busy and not the best. The pool is extremely busy, get there early if you want to get space.

Lage, Dachterasse inkl. Pool, Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten direkt im Foyer, eigene Beachbar in Top-Lage

Cons:

Frühstück inkl. Frühstücksraum sind empathielose Massenabfertigung, die Aufzugschaltung ist eine Katastrophe mit Wartezeiten über 10 Minuten, die Innenaustattung ist eher renovierungsbedürftig.

Localização e funcionários super simpáticos. Café da manhã com variedade, mas o café em si era muito ruim. Piscina no rooftop com vista excepcional. Restaurante na praia.

Cons:

Hotal antigo, em reforma, quarto pequeno, mas limpo. Custo-benefício não valeu a pena na minha opinião, mas gostei no geral.

Muy lindo hotel, 30 pisos, un mundo de gente Para ser que tienen tantos huéspedes la atención es muuy buena, aunque tuvimos un problema que no fue resuelto.
Hicimos una excursión con ellos y también estuvo muuy bien

Que no me resulta confiable, desaparecieron un par de prendas Una fue devuelta al siguiente día de haber desaparecido, luego de haber planteado el problema en recepción
Nos hicieron una requisa , lo cual no me molestó demasiado, ya que se tienen que asegurar de que la prenda no estuviera traspapelada en nuestros equipajes, pero al día de la fecha (hace 3 días que dejamos el hotel) no nos dieron respuesta
Sugiero a la gente que tenga estos inconvenientes que denuncien, porque un mal empleado/a le hace mal a este tipo de servicios En el resto todo funcionó muy bien

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, mit ausbaufähigem Service
Pros:

Wir waren bereits zum 5. Mal im Othon, hatten aber auch bei jedem Aufenthalt die höheren Zimmer Kategorien. Gegen die Aussicht kommt halt kein Hotel der Copacabana an!! Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet, bei dem starken Wechsel muss man über Kratzer an den Möbeln… hinwegsehen. Hat jedes Hotel. Das Hotel befindet sich auch seit einiger Zeit in der Renovierung. Man arbeitet sich von oben nach unten vor. Der VIP- Checkin ist perfekt. Frühstück oben ist perfekt. Insgesamt gibt sich das gesamte Personal Mühe.

Cons:

Natürlich hakt es zwischendurch auch! Das Zimmer wurde 1x in 12 Nächten nicht gereinigt (aber es war schonmal schlimmer und hat sich gebessert). Die oberste Etage sollte frühzeitiger gereinigt werden (siehe Fotos). Also der Gast sollte keine verdreckten Liegen vorfinden, nimmt die Lust sich dort hinzulegen. Sie sollten wenigstens einmal am Tag desinfiziert abgewaschen werden und nicht wie wir es gesehen haben, einfach mal mit dem Handtuch abgewischt, alle mit demselben!! Abgefallene Lampen sollte der Gast auch nicht vorfinden. Preis-Leistung lässt sich drüber streiten, Renovierung will bezahlt werden, aber die Preise sind schon sehr hoch.
