En primer lugar la terraza con su pileta, y el bar muy cómodo. El desayuno era bastante completo (evitar horarios poco) el hotel te los indica. La habitación lateral en mi caso estaba bien y tenía una muy linda vista al mar

The room was run down. Mold on ceiling, broken chair, door to balcony isn't sealed. You close it and the air conditioning leaks out quickly and hear all the noise from the street.

Gostaria de registrar uma reclamação sobre a minha experiência durante a estadia neste hotel.

O elevador do prédio ficou mais de 7 horas sem funcionar, e eu estava hospedado no 18º andar. Durante esse período, fui obrigado a subir e descer duas vezes os 18 andares pelas escadas, que inclusive se encontravam em condições precárias, o que tornou a situação ainda mais desconfortável e cansativa.

Considerando o valor da diária do hotel, essa situação foi extremamente decepcionante. A falta de uma solução rápida ou de uma alternativa adequada para os hóspedes demonstra uma falha significativa na estrutura e no atendimento.

Gostaria de ressaltar que raramente faço reclamações e nunca precisei registrar uma avaliação negativa no Booking.com, porém acredito que esse ocorrido merece ser mencionado, pois impactou diretamente a qualidade da minha estadia.

Espero que o hotel reveja esse tipo de situação e tome providências para evitar que outros hóspedes passem pelo mesmo transtorno.

Serviços ao cliente péssimo. Não havia água para beber no quarto. A sanita estava entupida e transbordou. Foram arranjar e deixaram tudo sujo. Empregados mal educados. Péssimo pequeno almoço. O restaurante fecha aos domingos e feriados (!!!!!!) o rooftop só abre 2 horas depois do sol nascer. Não vale nem duas estrelas em qualquer parte do mundo!

Potential but chaotic

The location is fabulous

Cons:

The hotel is exceptionally tired and doesn’t show this in the pictures unless you really scroll. Bedrooms are exceptionally outdated and corridors old wood cladded walls. The hairdryer in the room is pointless, I would get more air from standing outside with the breeze. The check in was excruciating, one person for check in and check out, with queues of over 30/40 people and very slow. For such a large hotel there are bags everywhere, no luggage room and just makes the entrance of the hotel messy and chaotic with the check in queues and the bags everywhere.
While the rooftop is beautifully done, it isn’t sufficient for the hotel size and so there are people sitting on the floor as not enough sun beds / chairs so again an experience that isn’t relaxing and just chaotic.
It is in a beautiful location and has so much potential but has a bit of a way to go

Seems like a very nice hotel that has slipped a bit in maintenance and care
Pros:

We enjoyed the rooftop views, but not enough seating. Found it odd that the restaurant was completely empty but we couldn’t sit there even when purchasing drinks.

Cons:

Sheets were not completely clean. The room could use more wall hooks for towels to dry. The chairs in the room left a visible residue on our cloths.
