Nichts.
Eine Reservierung die schriftlich vorlag ist übersehen worden. Zimmer waren vergeben. Personal hat nichts unternommen, um uns zu helfen. Daher mussten wir unsere Tour verkürzen. Auch eine schriftliche Beschwerde ans Management wurde ignoriert.
Super nettes Personal an Rezeption und Restaurant/Bar.
Sehr gut gelegenes in einem Vorort von Colmar, ruhig, sauber und mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.
Nichts zu bemängeln.

L'araignée géante dans la chambre
Die junge Dame am Empfang war sehr kompetent und freundlich. Da an diesem Abend das Restaurant im Hotel ausgebucht war, hat sie uns geholfen, ein Lokal zu finden, wo wir auch Hunde mitnehmen konnten. Mir ist aufgefallen, dass sie alle neuen Gäste individuell begrüßt hat.

La colazione dell'ultimo giorno è stato un disastro. Probabilmente la presenza di una cinquantina di ospiti, di un bus di over 75, ha completamente fatto razzia di igni genere commestibile, lasciando gli altri ospiti senza alcuna scelta. Non vi erano nemmeno più piatti, tazze e bicchieri. Il personale in panico, privi di un Responsabile di sala che potesse riorganizzare cibo e bevande, l 2 distributori caffè ecc erano entrambi KO. Dal bar, gentili, ci hanno preparato il caffè, e in contemporanea sono arrivate 3 baguette calde.
Attenzione a questi particolari, i bus turistici sono da tenere molto in considerazione

Die Nähe zur Bushaltestelle , ausreichend Parkplatz , unkompliziertes Ein-und Auschecken. Das prei-Leistungsverhältnis war gut.
Es war eine durchschnittliche Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt . Das Angebot und die Speisen waren durchschnittlich.

Très déçu en ce qui concerne la propreté de la chambre. Salle de bain : catastrophique. Dans la baignoire il y avait des traces jaunes , il y restait même des cheveux d'autres personnes... les joints noirs et dégoutants.
Je n'aurais jamais osé me laver là.

La climatisation est bruyante. Nous avons préféré la couper pendant la nuit.
Notre Gps nous a envoyé sur un autre hotel Ibis. Peut être pouvez vous signaler qu'il y a 2 Ibis à Colmars et environs
