Ei olnud hommikusööki

Cons:

Klienditeeninduse kogemus oli väga pettumust valmistav. Olime oma saabumisajaks märkinud vahemiku 21.00–22.00 ning jõudsime kohale kell 21.45, seega kokkulepitud aja jooksul.

Kohale jõudes ei soovitud meid esialgu sisse lasta ning vastuvõtus olnud klienditeenindaja suhtumine oli väga ebaviisakas ja üleolev. Sõbralikkus, abivalmidus ja soov olukorda lahendada puudusid täielikult.

Lisaks ei olnud hotelli juures ühtegi vaba parkimiskohta ning pidime veetma ligi tunni parkimiskohta otsides. Ka selles olukorras ei saanud me klienditeenindajalt mingit infot ega abi, kuigi oleksime oodanud juhiseid või alternatiivseid parkimisvõimalusi.

Bis auf den Lärm war alles in Ordnung.
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück ist für jeden was dabei.

Cons:

Sehr Laut. Zimmer zum Bahnhof Bus und Strassenbahn. Nur bei geschlossenen Fenster einiger maßen möglich. Uns ist aufgefallen,das über Booking gebucht wir immer nicht so gute Zimmer bekommen haben. Dies bestätigte und schon mal ein Mitarbeiter in einen anderen Hotel.

Top Lage. Alles war schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das gesamte Hotel ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Fahrstuhl funktionierte während des Aufenthalts nicht. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und keinen Safe auf dem Zimmer.
