Nightmare
Cons:

Free breakfast could have been great, cleanliness of the room could have also. A microwave should be standard for the price of the nights. Paying for parking for every night is terrible.

Would of liked to have been reimbursed for taxi back to your Hotel.

It was close to the airport

Cons:

Called the Sonesta Hotel several times to pick us up as we paid to leave our car at your hotel. No answer kept getting recording. Had to pay $17. for taxi. Was told staff was too busy to answer phone
