Well located, excellent service from the staff, very nice rooms, gym and pool. All the staff I encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful. Eunice in the restaurant stands out - friendly, great service and a wonderful sense of humour too. Well done to all at Nairobi Serena - my first stay there was in 1998, and stayed there multiple times since then - service is always top class.

Green oasis close to city. Attractive public areas including outdoor heated pool with interesting decor. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very good choice of places eat and very friendly, competent staff.

Breakfast is very good
#1 improvement I would please suggest is not to allow your guests to sit at breakfast with their speaker phones on on their phones listening to the news, or YouTube or having conversations. When I am trying to concentrate and enjoy have some peace, this is pure disrespect to others trying to enjoy their quiet time in such a nice environment.
