Great location, a bit dated and overpriced due to that.
Pros:

Loved the location and the layout of the hotel and its rooms. The size was amazing too!

Cons:

Everything is dated and close to falling apart. It smelt a touch musty. Like it was cleaned but there was a smell to it. The beds were some of the most uncomfortable we’ve had at a hotel. We were very disappointed for the price we paid the state of decline the rooms were in.

Best place in Spokane
Pros:

I always stay here when in Spokane. The location is perfect! I always feel welcome, the front desk staff is always friendly , professional and always willing to help if needed. Rooms are very clean and the housekeeping staff is the best. Spencers is the only place to consider for a fantastic Steak Dinner and breakfast in the Cafe is the best as well. Great food, great service!!!!!!

Will stay agian
Pros:

The heater in my room went out, and the staff put me in a new room quickly. Great team they have working there.

Cons:

Had to change rooms, but things happen. Impressed with how well it was handled!

Delayed Amtrak trip…
Pros:

I had a very challenging Amtrak delay and needed a room at 445 AM. The hotel desk agent was very friendly and Tupi care of me so I could get some rest before I had to return to my train. Awesome people and the bar/restaurant food AND staff were also amazing!

Ideal locale since we were taking in a show next door.
Pros:

I've stayed at this hotel a lot over the years and have always been pleased.
The restaurant prices are really high but I'm still getting used to that. My spouse has mobility issues so the convenience was helpful. Parking garage is also a plus.

Cons:

Better instructions as to where all the amenities are. A booklet in the room would help. Also a printed guide to the TV stations would be nice.
Also a weather protected walkway to the nextdoor venue would really be nice.
