The staff was wonderful! They are honestly the only reason I gave it a decent rating. We had so many issues, but the front desk was helpful and the manager even called me and gave us a small credit.
The hotel itself was run down, very old, elevators barely operating, our sink was clogged and we had plumbers for 2 hours, the refrigerator didn't work, the pool was ok, the steak restaurant was closed only a tiny breakfast spot was open and the food was terrible. No room service available,my phone in the room didn't work. The housekeeper came but just made the bed, didn't supply toilet paper or towels. It was disappointing, considering the price we paid and the pictures online.
Sengene var veldig gode
Dårlig at det hotell i denne prisklassen ikke gir kaffe eller vann som en naturlig ting til gjestene . Veldig dyr parkering
I noted excellent customer service from front desk personnel. Gaiven was so professional in assisting guests. A very pleasant attitude and approach to serving customer needs. Impressed!
Bon petit dej
La salle de bain était sale avec des poils partout
On prend une chambre pour 4 il y a 3 serviettes
Prix très cher quand il y a des travaux et que tu as fait 5 h de route impossible de te reposer
Really comfortable beds and great location
A bit pricey not the motel , the restaurant
Great location
Toddler size toilet in a corner king
Very clean and grounds were beautiful
Spa was not working and we had hoped to use it
The front desk staff and housekeeping team were friendly and welcoming. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep.
I gave this hotel 4 stars instead of 5 because the room itself didn’t quite meet the standards I expect from a Hilton property. It appears the hotel was recently renovated, but there were still a few broken fixtures and noticeable carpet stains.
If this were a Best Western or Choice Privileges hotel, I would have gladly given it 5 stars. However, because it’s a Hilton, I naturally have higher expectations for the overall condition and quality of the room.
Staff was friendy & helpful. Room was super clean & getting a room was an easy setup.
location, easy parking
First time staying here. Much quieter location than most of my stays in Spokane, which I appreciated. Room 502 was quiet too, even though I’m near the elevator and it has an adjoining room: I didn’t hear the elevator or the neighbors at all. Spacious and clean. Lobby attendants were universally helpful. I’ll stay here again.
The location is amazing. For me, being on the Centennial Trail and next door to the Convention Center was the best.
Good location, beds were comfy
Parking garage was around the corner from hotel entrance. Lobby was under construction while we were there, noisy and a lot of people/confusion in the lobby. Elevators were sketchy, control panel wall was loose/wobbly. Only 2 elevators available during construction. Breakfast buffet closed down 50 mins early…very frustrating. Rooms are dated/tired. Room service did not clean room or make beds after day 3.
The staff was super helpful and accommodating, even able to meet a couple last-minute special requests. Loved the location and the cookies, as well!
At check-in I was confronted with an unexpected $50 deposit charge that I was told would be deducted after checking out. As someone on an extremely tight budget, I should have been told about this so I could plan for it. Other than that, my favorite hotel! Thanks again!
nice room, clean, quite.
wonderful place to walk around with the park being so close.
We went to the Dead south Convention at the Gesa pavilion.
Just a short walk to the concert from the hotel. They gave us a cookie for the Ride Home.
Very comfortable
No fan for showers in the bathroom and the bathroom not private enough
Great location, easy walk to park and restaurants
Room was not very clean. Table had not been wiped, dusty mirror, AC was loud.
