Great stay! Ridiculous parking.
Pros:

Well situated on a quiet street and within walking distance to the riverfront, restaurants, and coffee shops. Nice clean facility and room with super comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was more than adequate with a variety of offerings.

Cons:

I have only one complaint, and that is with the parking situation. First of all, the hotel should NOT be charging for the privilege of parking at their facility. The parking lot itself is tiny and wholly inadequate for the number of guests the hotel holds. On our second night we had to pay to park in the adjacent parking garage due to the lot being full when we returned from dinner. It was an inconvenience but the hotel staff took off the $17 charge that we had been charged upon check-in, which is the astronomical nightly parking fee.

Pros:

The hotel was affordable, clean, and the staff was helpful and professional. I
also enjoyed the breakfast,which had a variety of good selection. There is also on site parking.

Cons:

I thought the price for parking was expensive; $17 daily pass. However, I was told the pass allows for unlimited entry.

A very confortable night in Windsor, Canada.
Pros:

Beds were very comfortable, room was big enough and had everything necessary.
Most importantly: I had an issue with the payment as I was charged doubled. I reached out to the hotel, and they solved it immediately. They were always very friendly, but this showed me how good they really are. Thank you again 😊😊

Cons:

Disposable plates and cutlery for breakfast, instead of real plates and cutlery.

Great Value for Money
Pros:

The bed is so comfortable. The location is perfect, close to river front and tunnel to Detroit. It maintains Marriott’s high standard. Compared to living in Detroit, it’s half price.

Our suite with the kitchenette was amazing with the kids, especially hosting a birthday party!
Pros:

The location, the cleanliness, the friendly staff, and the breakfast every single thing was great!

Cons:

The parking lot was a little bit, annoying with the one-way street and not being able to drive through to the front of the hotel but just logistics
