The parking system is not a great.

Pros:

Overall, we had a good stay and everything was fine. The only inconvenience was that the hotel parking was already full, so we had to park elsewhere. The breakfast was quite basic, with a rather limited selection, but it was perfectly acceptable. It was still nice to have breakfast included.

The staff, room, and cleanliness all exceeded expectations!
Pros:

Very clean, plenty of nearby parking. Our room with the kitchenette was very spacious and the beds were super comfy.

Cons:

Booking.com charged me for the hotel and then the hotel charged me again for the same night. Nobody is willing to give me my money back so I paid twice. Not booking on booking.com anymore

Great stay! Ridiculous parking.
Pros:

Well situated on a quiet street and within walking distance to the riverfront, restaurants, and coffee shops. Nice clean facility and room with super comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was more than adequate with a variety of offerings.

Cons:

I have only one complaint, and that is with the parking situation. First of all, the hotel should NOT be charging for the privilege of parking at their facility. The parking lot itself is tiny and wholly inadequate for the number of guests the hotel holds. On our second night we had to pay to park in the adjacent parking garage due to the lot being full when we returned from dinner. It was an inconvenience but the hotel staff took off the $17 charge that we had been charged upon check-in, which is the astronomical nightly parking fee.

also enjoyed the breakfast,which had a variety of good selection. There is also on site parking.

Cons:

I thought the price for parking was expensive; $17 daily pass. However, I was told the pass allows for unlimited entry.
