Really Comfy Beds, Free Cookies, Awesome Vicinity
Pros:

Beds were really comfy. They gave me and my husband each a free chocolate chip cookie that tasted awesome. Vicinity was awesome. We walked from the hotel to the basilica, then to George Street, then along the harbor.

Pros:

Staff were veey helpful and patient withmy questions. I was a little confused with the 250 dollar damage deposit wjth how it looked on my bank statement but the manager was very kind and patient.

Cons:

Heater controls in the room were a little tricky
But no issue really

It was fine, but would not go back. Not worth $300 a night
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. Got it for free due to room purchased well in advance not available upon arrival. Not worth the price

Cons:

The room we booked and paid for 4 months in advance was not available upon arrival. Switched from large double queen room to king room. No emails to state this before hand so alternate arrangements could be made. The fridge also was not plugged in so we had to pull it out of unit and crawl behind the unit to plug it in. This was after having food in it and noticing it wasn’t cold. Food garbaged.

The evening meals were great! I enjoyed speaking with Fabio - he moved here from another province and we compared our thoughts about beautiful Newfoundland.
