The evening meals were great! I enjoyed speaking with Fabio - he moved here from another province and we compared our thoughts about beautiful Newfoundland.

It was fine, but would not go back. Not worth $300 a night
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. Got it for free due to room purchased well in advance not available upon arrival. Not worth the price

Cons:

The room we booked and paid for 4 months in advance was not available upon arrival. Switched from large double queen room to king room. No emails to state this before hand so alternate arrangements could be made. The fridge also was not plugged in so we had to pull it out of unit and crawl behind the unit to plug it in. This was after having food in it and noticing it wasn’t cold. Food garbaged.

It ws just fine! But when I made reservations for the 2 nights separately I got caught and price ^^^
Pros:

Got there late evening - very tired! Staff was very pleasant, helpful. Slept just fine almost to check out time! We were able to leave luggage with you while we went to find breakfast at a place recommended by staff [your b'fast had closed] which we loved. Then got a taxi to group location for ship expedition.
Upon return stayed with you again [18th] and were very pleased.

Cons:

got caught by some company other than the hotel via which I purchased tickets - it just came up online, how did i know? - and they made me pay much more for the second night. Beware!

Excellent
Pros:

Excellent in all ways. Located right beside the harbour and the jelly bean houses. VERY comfortable bed and pillows. And the staff were very accommodating to an early check off a red eye flight. Highly recommend

Fantastic hotel!
Pros:

The staff are amazing! Extremely accommodating and a very smooth transaction when checking in and out. Fantastic location. Beautiful view of the harbour from our room. Have been to this location three times now and it never disappoints. Highly recommend!
