Pros:

The desk staff were pleasant and helpful

Cons:

The extra charges. Parking & wifi. Bed wasn't very comfortable and pillows too thick. Bathroom was nice & clean, shower in particular .
No microwave in room

Great value
Pros:

Perfect location, very central, yet easy to get in and out of.
Comfortable room, with a fridge, and good coffee.
Also, quality soap, shampoo and lotion.
On our second stay we got upclassed to a harbor view, which we loved!

Cons:

That we had to pay for parking.

Lovely stay on the Harbour!
Pros:

A lovely modern hotel close to the harbour front and downtown with an easy walk. A short 15min Taxi ride to/from St John’s Intl Airport and easy to grab Ubers/Taxis. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, especially at check-in when we checked-in early and got upgraded to a harbourview room. We also had a lovely meeting and conversation with our maid, Annie! The on-site restaurant also has excellent views, food and staff - we dined here for both breakfast and dinner which was delightful.

Pros:

Perfect downtown location. Great views of the harbour and surrounding areas. Underground parking . The fresh baked oatmeal chocolate chip cookies were the best!
