Great place if you want to rest near to the airport.
Pros:

Rugless floors on the room, that prevents a malodor situation that I´ve found in most of the hotels. Breakfast was good, different options available (Eggs, waffles, fruit, yogurth, french toast)

Cons:

bathroom didn´t have exhaust fan, that could cause bad odors in the room and fog after taking a shower.

Cons:

The original greeting with the front desk. The toilet was clogged. No supervision on pools and amenities on location. Adults and kids were just out of control. Only one elevator and only one front desk clerk except for the time we arrived. No instructions what was available.

Okay stay!
Pros:

Locations and value.

Cons:

Mattresses where all stained
No extra comforters for sofa bed.
Called front office they made us go get them ourselves.

Basic accommodations, would not stay there more than one night.
Pros:

Centrally located. Basic accommodation, but clean.

Cons:

The room was small, the parking lot (paid parking) is small and kind of awkward to get in and out of. The flushing lever on the toilet was broken, had to open the tank to flush using the chain.

You have great employees there.
Pros:

I had mixed reviews about this property. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly. The ladies that were at the breakfast buffet were really nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The location was centrally located to where we planned to be. Restaurants and grocery store all around us. Parking was free when we were there but I heard that will be changing.

Cons:

The elevator had an ugly smell to it. There was remodeling going on. Our shower head was wacky with hardly any pressure. Our toilet didn’t flush very well. Our AC made a loud noise all night long. During the day, it didn’t cool our room even with the curtains closed.

Pros:

Proximity to places in San Antonio. Has microwave, fridge and coffee machine, decent morning breakfast
