We just needed one night in Nanaimo after a long travel day so this hotel worked for us

It was ok… found the bed a bit hard… but might be better k for others
Cons:

Room was small but it was clean. Tv only had one channel and for me the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Breakfast was very basic

Pros:

We were very pleased with our room, an apartment really. We were only staying one night on our way to a flight, but weren't leaving Nanaimo until dinnertime; we had several large suitcases that we were scared to leave in the car. The hotel made room for them and allowed us to leave them until it was time to go, several hours after checkout. That was incredibly helpful!

Lovely room, great location, lovely staff, good value, uncomfortable beds
Pros:

breakfast muffins were great, room upgrade was really appreciated thanks, beds were not comfortable unfortunately - otherwise a great place to stay.

Cons:

Beds. One made a lot of noise when you moved, the other rolled into the middle terribly.

Overall fab
Pros:

The rooms were excellent, really clean, beds comfy, facilities good and had plenty of towels and complimentary soap/shampoo etc. location ideal for the ferry and staff really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The corridors look worse than the rooms, which is fine because the rooms are nice but corridors could just do with a bit of a clean up
