Our stay was fantastic. The room was clean, spacious and had more than we needed
Pros:

Breakfast was great - continental, which was advertised. Muffins, eggs, fruit, yogurt, juice, tea and coffee. Breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Pros:

Nice upgrade, friendly staff

Cons:

Could hear plumbing and bath tubs running all night. Thumping on 3rd floor. Beds were too firm and pull out couch uncomfortable

Excellent Staff, Breakfast & Location
Pros:

Excellent staff and location. Free breakfast was wonderful and if you got up early enough there were free Globe and Mails at the front desk. Well appointed and clean room. Location is very good close to major park and downtown.

The bathroom sink was very slow to drain.

It was ok
Pros:

Housekeeping were very friendly.

Cons:

need more vending machines (and not all drink options work), need water options etc. There are not convenience stores near by (walking) so this is necessary.

Check out and check in time should be more flexible.
