An incredible value for family stays and those who want to provide their own meals.
Pros:

The living space and kitchenette make this space incredibly inviting. I stay here every time. The value is exceptional.

Cons:

I arrived to my room and saw the bathroom trash had not been emptied and there was no dishwasher solution. Otherwise, it was very clean and well supplied.

Pros:

Breakfast. Very convenient location. Less than 10 minute drive to beach. Newport Beach and whale watching close by. Will stay again when we. Mgo back.

Pros:

I requested ground floor rooms due to back injury, but on arrival got rooms on the second floor and there was no elevator. Also I booked 2 rooms and they were a distance apart. The beds, staff and facilities were all excellent. If not for the 2nd floor rooms and o elevator I would have scored the review all 10's.

Cons:

No elevator and breakfast hot foods were just room temperature.
