Really poor costumer service over all, had two rooms upon check in one available one waited two hours they never called i had to go check at the front and get the keys
One room broken AC took them about 15hr just to respond had to stay in a heated room for 24hr before they switched me to a different room
Even though there's no daily housekeeping I was told to call in for whatever we need they bring it, called for towels waited two hours they never brought them went to the front desk myself I

My family felt like we were catfished! This property looks decent from the photos but let me tell you… I’m sure a motel 6 was cleaner. There was bugs everywhere in the rooms from spiders to ants to everything! It was so dirty! Even the maids told us how disgustingly dirty this place is. Then there was the god awful smell! We were offered to move rooms and each time we attempted they gave new room away.

I didn’t like how dirty the room was how dusty it was smoke detectors didn’t work. There was no iron no towels. There was things all over the carpet. They look like poop stains.

Cons:

Room was clean but old and the furniture was frayed and beat up. Carpet was ripped. Kitchen was not stocked with much. But the worst part was the dirt and filth outside the front door and up the stairs.

the apartments are very comfortable, clean,the hotel has a simple but handy and needful breakfast with good coffee, pool and bbq area and washing machines are good for longer stays even

the young people has checked in to my next door apartment and were partying all night ,I was with family couldn't sleep they were yelling and very noisy ,badly ,
I think this hotel must be more careful about who checked in the apartments as the people come there normally with family
