It was clean but not value for money
Pros:

The room was clean

Cons:

There was no hot water for a proper shower and no kettle for a normal cup of tea which made things hard

Pros:

I requested ground floor rooms due to back injury, but on arrival got rooms on the second floor and there was no elevator. Also I booked 2 rooms and they were a distance apart. The beds, staff and facilities were all excellent. If not for the 2nd floor rooms and o elevator I would have scored the review all 10's.

Cons:

No elevator and breakfast hot foods were just room temperature.

Bugs, bed uncomfortable, leaking shower annoyed us all night.
Pros:

Liked the breakfast, minus the roof leaking in the lobby we had to walk around.

Cons:

Bugs in room. Ants, spiders, gnats. Complained at checkout to the staff at counter and she said yeah sorry they’re everywhere bc of the heat. No work to try and compensate. I knew this trip I should’ve stuck with my usual place but opted to try this and it failed expectations. Also told her about the shower how it leaks and annoyed me all night both nights. Told her how the plumbing was hooked up wrong so hot is cold and cold is hot. Also got another excuse and no offer to make it right so I will not be back.

It was lovely.
Pros:

We got an upgraded room at 10pm. It was really nice and comfortable. I liked that the kitchen had plates, cups, pots, and pans. The fridge was nice because it made ice! We didn’t have to leave the room. We didn’t need to buy anything for the kitchen except food. My nephew and I really enjoyed the pool. It wasn’t too deep. There were clean towels available in the area. I really liked the hot tub. It was quiet. The staff was really nice and helpful.
