Pros:

The manager was extremely pleasant. The rooms were delightful. Very clean very fresh smelling. We had a very comfortable enjoyable time!

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I had to leave! LOL who does

Pros:

I am early riser so I was expecting to get some coffee while we waited for breakfast to be opened at 7 am. But nothing happened for coffee drinkers. Even no coffee maker in a room. Ended up we walked to a restaurant.

I would rather drive for seven hours back home than stay another night.
Pros:

I appreciated that the facility was conveniently located near the university. However, I must admit that I don’t have anything positive to say about the actual facility itself.

Cons:

I was disappointed that the establishment had people out late in the evening drinking alcohol and being extremely loud, disturbing other guests who were trying to sleep. They slammed doors loudly and talked excessively, as if no one else was around. Regrettably, I had already paid for two nights and couldn’t get a refund, so I still decided to leave after only one night.

Close to a great Italian restaurant

Cons:

No coffee maker in room nor a waffle maker as pictured there were frozen waffles to put in toaster. You need to update pictures of room with no coffee maker and the breakfast without the waffle maker otherwise good place

It was ok, wouldn’t go back.
Pros:

Area was nice felt safe. No one bothered us. The property was quiet as well.

Cons:

The room was dirty. My son’s feet and legs were black from crawling around. Staff stops working at 10pm so anything overnight you’re on your own. Parking was bit tight.

Pros:

Premade stuff, nothing fresh. No coffee maker in the room.

Cons:

Coffee maker were listed as part of the booking, but it was not there. Floor was not clean, bathroom is really old and doesn't look maintained. They don't have conditioner or even a pen to borrow.

I do not intend to come back.

The room was clean.

Cons:

The mattress caused me significant back pain. The AC was SO LOUD we could not use it. In general, the hotel was very loud due to loud guests and loud street noises, but I realize that cannot be helped and would not hold that against management. However, it took about 15 minutes to get hot water in the shower. How do you not have hot water? Also disappointed in the breakfast selection... the front desk attendant was very nice though.

Despite the breakfast being very small to fit us all inside, they had what we needed: there was space to sit outside, so not such a biggie
