Good but needs improvement in temperature control.
Pros:

Clean room, clean linens, lots of space, kitchenette was a pleasant surprise.

Cons:

It's very cold on January evenings. Heater in queen room was good. Room with two full beds was freezing. My son did not sleep well with no heat in that room. I recommend putting a space heater in that room.

Decent value for the price.
Pros:

Rooms were clean, walls looked like they were recently painted, beds are comfortable, good TV, excellent coffee

Rooms and bathrooms are small, breakfast room is really tiny, breakfast is meager, no hot food items

Zimmer sauber, Ausstattung ok

Cons:

Frühstück sehr spartanisch, kaum Sitzmöglichkeiten, Gäste rannten sich ständig im Weg rum und Essenszeit nur bis 09.00 Uhr!

Nice staff, but dirty and very poor value for your money.
Pros:

The staff was nice and location was good. Not too far from where we wanted to go.

Cons:

The value for what we got was terrible. When I'm spending almost $400 for one night, I at least expect the room to be clean. The room was dirty and smelled like mold. It was very run down too. Floor boards coming up and just dingy. The coffee was terrible and the free breakfast was very sad. I definitely would not recommend this hotel and would not stay again.

It was decent mostly picked for convenience of places around.
Pros:

It was close to many things and the beach

Cons:

There were issues and could not get through tovthe front deak and most of the time there is no one at the front desk.
The room smelled like completely with bleach, but seems like it was not sweeped the floor was dusty and dirty. Continental breakfast was decent but no employee around even for a good morning

Bueno, economico, ruidoso
Pros:

Buen precio, limpio, con free parking, desayuno incluido basico pero bien. Habitación con 3 camas dobles difícil de encontrar.

Cons:

Ruidoso. Afuera de la habitación se armó un encuentro de huéspedes con cerveza hasta avanzada la noche y era difícil poder dormir

Cons:

There was a shooting across the street the first night of our stay. The heater didn’t work in 1 room and the other room filled with water near the heater & door while raining. All night the people upstairs sounded like they were moving furniture which let us up.

Meine Freundin war gestürzt und wollte an der Rezeption nach einem Pflaster fragen (es war vormittags). Nach mehrmaligem klingeln sind wir in einen Supermarkt gefahren um Pflaster zu kaufen
