تنظيف الغرف لم تقم الهاوس كيبر .house keeper بتنظيف الغرفة وحيث قابلناها عند خروجنا أمام غرفتنا بالغرفة المقابلة في يوم 9 جولاي 2026 م يوم الى التسوق وعلمناها بان تنظف غرفتنا وقالت طيب وعند عودتنا وجدنا الغرف لم تفتح ولم تنظف ولم تغير شراشف السرير ولا غيرت المناشف ولا شالت صندوق الزبالة وعندما راينا ذلك ذهبت إلى الاستقبال لنشرح إلى موظفة الاستقبال وعلمناه بالمشكلة ذهبت واحضرت ورقة من المرآة house keeper وقالت ان الهاوس كيبر house keeper كاتبة أنها وجدت ورقة التي على الباب التي بها don’t disturb وهذا غير صحيح لأنه نحن شلنا هذه الورقة قبل أن نغادر الغرفة وثانيا نحن قابلنا house keeper أمام الغرفة وعلمناها بتنظيف الغرفة ولم يكن ذلك الوقت اي ورقة على الباب وقالت لها موظفة الاستقبال سوف نعطيكم مفارش للسرير و مناشف لتغيرها بانفسكم قلنا طيب سوف نأخذها بعد مانرجع مساء ولكن عند حضورنا مساءا قابلنا موظف آخر وقال ليس لدينا شراشف الآن قلنا لقد وعدتنا الموظفة التي قبلك بان تعطينا شارشف وكانت عبارتة غير طيبة واعطانا فقط مناشف .
وايضاً الشارع المؤدي إلى الفندق غير مزفلت ومطبات ارضية وعرة

Love the hotel, wasn't happy with accident that happened!
Pros:

Love the rooms and design, and the cost! Breakfast is very good! Staff is very helpful and friendly!

Cons:

A piece of an exit door from our floor to the stairs, it is called the closer, fell on my head! Fortunately, the screws didn't hit me, just the side of it. It hurt a lot, but no bleeding, bruising, or swelling. No signs of a concussion. The staff was wonderful, they called an ambulance because I wanted to be sure I was OK. I was. They did give me a voucher for one night free to be used by 12/31/27, and so I was satisfied with that. It was an accident, and I understand that. However, it was not something that I could ignore.
