Clean and decent breakfast
Was loud. I could hear the people above me and the exit door was right by my room and could constantly hear people leaving
My room was on the 2nd floor and backed onto the car parking lot. People were hanging out all night in front of my room sitting on the curb, drinking beer and being very loud.
There was a large unit parked out back constantly running to heat hot water, there was a humming all night
My bed would creek when I moved around while I tried to sleep.
I could not get to sleep I tossed and turned all night ,I woke up the second night with a head ache , the breakfast was okay but no tea , I only drink tea
I was tired all day and instead of staying a third night , I drove two hours home to get a good night sleep.

Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Room had mini bar fridge, microwave etc. Breakfast was adequate. They bring variety to their breakfast as well. Very good location, Costco, Walmart, Canadian tire etc. are very close to this hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Breakfast are was too congested. We got room on ground floor. This floor carpet looked bit old but room was nice inside.

Breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold items. The "2 queen and sofa bed" suite was a great size for my group of 4 older ladies.
The breakfast room was crowded with tables and chairs but it was very early in the morning it didn't make it an issue but with more of a crowd in the room, there would be no room left to move around.
A group of 4 ladies spent the night in the "2 Queen suite with a sofa bed. The size of the room was good and the queen beds and sofa bed where very comfortable.
There was no extra set of sheets, pillow or comforter for the sofa bed and there was only 2 sets of towels for 4 individuals.
Would be nice to have access to milk/creamer from the breakfast area in the evening to have with our coffee/tea but were told we had to use the creamers at the coffee maker. Not appropriate for tea.
Rooms were clean and spacious
It was far from downtown and there was construction right in front of the main entrance

Location
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The desk, tv, etc. were more than satisfactory as was the parking. The staff was very friendly as were the front desk clerks upon check-in and check-out. The evening desk clerk, however, was not particularly friendly.
The sofa bed lacked back support as the mattress was way to soft. One could feel the springs through the mattress. The breakfast was good but the room was too congested with people and had an insufficient number of tables. It was way to crowded and chaotic.
Spacious, super clean, comfortable and great price.
Road work on the street but does not reflect the hotel itself.
