Rooms are very nice and clean. The hotel has been renovated last year and they have mede it exellent.

Perfect location - 10 min walk along promenade to puerto banus. Very helpful staff. We were celebrating a birthday and Marta was in constant communication with us to arrange decorations in room and facilitated a surprise. Great attention to detail. Got the royal treatment from the moment we arrived. Room was a good size on ground floor with small garden and very comfortable sun beds ideal for lying in the morning sun.
Beautiful pool with plenty of luxury sunbeds.

Excellent location- lovely promenade walk to puerto banus takes 12 mins.
Beautiful rooms - good size with sofa and ground floor had small garden with beds so could enjoy sun in morning. Very attentive staff- went out of their way to please especially Marta.

Very Nice atmosphere, love the stuff. Everyone is helpfull and trying their best to make your stay enjoyable. There wasn’t anything nit possible. We are usually very picky but here… is nothing to be criticized

Excellent location, within a short walking distance of Puerto Banus and the Golden Mile.

We have just returned from such a fantastic stay that I felt compelled to write a review. This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways!

From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcome. The check-in experience was warm, friendly and effortless, which immediately set the tone for our stay. The hotel itself is clean, stylish and beautifully maintained (despite some upgrading being done), and we were even able to access our room earlier than expected, which was a great start.

What really stood out, though, was the staff. The level of customer service was exceptional — honestly some of the best we’ve experienced in a five-star hotel. Many hotels could learn from the team here who consistently went out of their way to help. Lots of little touches made a huge difference!

For example, if we looked unsure about where to go, staff would walk us to the location rather than simply point the way — such a simple but thoughtful gesture. One of the bartenders, a blonde female whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, delivered an especially memorable experience. She took the time to understand our tastes and recommended cocktails accordingly, creating the most amazing drinks and also delivering a fantastic service that felt really personal and tailored. This was one of the highlights of our trip!

There were also thoughtful touches throughout the stay — a check-in call the day before departure to see if we needed anything, and lovely surprises in the room that really elevated the experience and made the stay feel special.

The location is excellent, and the atmosphere in the bar and restaurant area was lovely. The background DJ music added a sophisticated but fun vibe that made it a great place to relax in the evening.

Due to the weather we didn’t use the pool, but it looked newly decorated and like it would have a similar atmosphere to the rest of the hotel.

I genuinely couldn’t fault this hotel. The staff should be commended for the hard work they clearly put in and the consistently high level of service they deliver. We will absolutely return — the service alone is reason enough.

John is one of the best barkeeper!

Lovely time staying here for a week. Greeted with drink on arrival, lovely clean and well decorated room, gorgeous view of lake and mountains from our balcony, rooms refreshed every day, delicious and plenty of breakfast choices, polite and friendly staff, everything new and fresh.

Really great experience, learned to make to great tasting classic cocktails, the venue was amazing. We had the best hosts with Lisa and John and will definitely come back and recommend
