The location couldn't be better, Just a short walk from Puerto Banús, making it easy to enjoy the marina, restaurants, bars, and beaches without needing a taxi. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options to start the day, and the pool area was the perfect place to unwind with great music and attentive service.

Was here on a conference and we definitely go again conference facilities were very good staff very accommodating bed was absolutely comfortable gorgeous bedlinens soft fluffy white towels I would go here again.
The amenities and facilities are fantastic. Our highlight was the poolside breakfast and the exceptional service. Mamet and Hanadi were incredibly efficient and kind, making our stay truly memorable. Well done Me!

Dear General Manager,
I am submitting a formal complaint concerning ME by Meliá Marbella’s refusal to allow me to use the seating facilities expressly advertised as part of the hotel’s adults-only pool area.
The hotel’s official guest application describes the facility as:
“A magnificent adults-only outdoor pool surrounded by a sandy area and Balinese beds.”
It further presents the area as a space:
“Designed for leisurely enjoyment.”
Despite these explicit representations, I was not permitted to sit in the advertised area. I was also given no possibility whatsoever to reserve, obtain or otherwise secure access to a sunbed, Balinese bed or equivalent seating.
This was not a situation in which all available beds were merely occupied at that particular moment. The hotel offered:
* no reservation system;
* no booking channel;
* no waiting list;
* no transparent allocation procedure;
* no realistic method of obtaining a place;
* and no equivalent alternative.
Most importantly, no regulations, access conditions, reservation policy, eligibility requirements, additional charges or other restrictions concerning this area were presented to me at any stage.
In particular:
* no such restrictions were disclosed before I completed and paid for the booking;
* no regulations were included in the booking conditions or confirmation;
* no regulations were provided during check-in;
* no written rules were presented when access was refused;
* and no prior warning was given that I could be prevented from using the advertised area while having no possibility of making a reservation.
The hotel is therefore attempting to rely retrospectively on an internal policy that was never communicated to me, never accepted by me and never formed part of the pre-contractual information on which I based my booking decision.
Really great hotel that has been newly refurbished. Very convenient location with lots of good restaurants and cafes on Banus. I have stayed there a couple of times and you always get well looked after. Great break- thanks.

Our 3rd time back at this hotel since Sept 2025. We love the location, our garden room is exceptional. The hotel creates an amazing ambience with great DJs. We love the music, all of the staff are always friendly, extremely welcoming and helpful especially Mamen who we love, she is exceptional in the way she remembers everything and how she treats everyone

Lo único que creo que debe mejorar es el servicio de Room Service, tanto la presentación de los alimentos, como la comida en sí, y la rapidez del servicio.

In May 2026, I was in Spain staying at the Hotel Hacienda del Mar, part of the Meliá group. I took the opportunity to visit Hotel ME Marbella, also part of the Meliá group.
What a pleasant surprise; I received a warm welcome there from Andrea Filovà and her right-hand man, Ruben. It is a beautiful hotel—pure luxury, with a stunning pool and lovely seating areas. I also enjoyed some excellent food and drinks.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was amazing making my visit relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options, and the overall service was excellent. The hotel's location was convenient and the facilities were well maintained. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
