Very service minded staff - super friendly and geniuin people given you the best service with a smile. Especially Marta, John, Daniel and Mamen are amazing!

Daniel & all the staff in ME Marbella treated us like royalty from the word go , from checking in to checking out everything was brilliant, I would highly recommend this hotel to any possible guests if you thinking about it , don't... Just go for it 😉

Absolutely amazing experience staying here with friends. From the Moment we entered the hotel to the moment we left the staff could not have been more accommodating, friendly and do enough for us! Especially Andrea and Daniel. We definitely received the 5 start treatment that this hotel lives up to. The rooms were absolutely stunning, the pool area stunning, everything about the hotel was incredible. I could not recommend it enough and hope to be back again in the near future!

The attention we got from all members working in Me was outstanding.
They just couldn't do enough to make you happy.
Andrea had was such beautiful personality and eveny morning we were met with her great energy and happy smile. Lisa and Christians were very helpful in restaurant/ bar .
Anyone looking for high standards and pampering must try this beautiful paradise. Well done 👏.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente. El personal fue muy amable. El desayuno estuvo a la altura de nuestras expectativas. Todo estaba fresco, reponían la comida constantemente y fueron amables y atentos.

Our first time at this hotel which we understand had recently been refurbished. We were kindly given our room prior to official check-in time and were very pleased with the view over the pool snd the small balcony with table & 2 chairs.
The bathroom was particularly appealing, with its walk-in shower although the air extractor didn't seem very efficient.
Neither outdoor pools were heated, which was a shame as the weather was kind to us and we could potentially have gone swimming otherwise. Unfortunately the indoor pool was very small and unappealing, housed in an outdoor building, akin to a large hanger.
Both the restaurant & bar were well-served snd the staff were lovely.
There was slight unpleasant smell in the bathroom on occasion (plumbing/drains issue?) but this seems common in foreign countries where there are numerous properties and hotels in one large area.
Our only real complaint was that we were approached to attend a meeting where a staff member was going to tell us about a club we could join run by Melia. We have written to the hotel manager regarding this matter and await a response. I would not necessarily return to this hotel, mainly due to its location as we did not like Puerto Banus, although we walked a lot along the beaches East & West.

We booked this hotel at random and it was our first time in marbella and it couldn't have been more great!
The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful with everything we needed.

Not sure how this is a 5 star - sorry Melia. We were led to believe it was a brand new hotel but it is a refurbished old hotel that looks pretty shabby in parts (certain blocks, the corridors, and the indoor small pool all let this place down). The bar, restaurant, reception area and gym are top notch, plus the bedrooms are ok (the finish on ours was rough to say the least especially in the bathrooms no way on earth this is five star). Outdoor pools looked gorge but we did not use as out of season
Mini bar was hideously expensive an absolute joke
Breakfast was top notch - service for 'real' coffees very hit and miss
Bar prices fine
The staff all great and very professional and friendly but the HARD SELL what is yup with you guys? trying to have a relaxing (rare) child free break and getting stalked right left and centre to sit and have a coffee so they could sell us some elite membership thing - this is so 1987 like a time share in the algarve or something- no thanks won't be going back because of this

What a fabulous and amazing hotel. I walked into paradise. Tastefully decorated for Christmas an instant sparkle as I walked through the door. The staff could not have been more friendly from arrival to departure, willing to help, courteous and attentive. The room was spacious, with a balcony everything you required. Phenominal!
