All in all our stay was excellent
Pros:

I thought the breakfast was not at the standard you would expect from a Melia hotel. I would have much preferred a buffet style breakfast.

Cons:

I thought my original room with a sea view overlooking waste ground was very poor and not what I expected. I did move to a room on the ground floor which was a much better view but I was charged a further €300 euros which considering most of the rooms either side of me were empty and I was a returning customer was not very good and smacked of desperation. I did however receive a bottle of wine and the staff were very polite and respectful.

Trop bruyant pas assez silencieux et manque de surveillance

L’emplacement le petit déjeuner de grande qualité et le confort des lits

Cons:

Beaucoup trop bruyant la nuit dans les couloirs, cris, claquements de portes et va et vient de gens de l’extérieur car les accès sont aisés
C’est INADMISSIBLE et INTOLÉRABLE pour un établissement qui prétend un haut standing vu la
Hausse de ses tarifs
Pas assez de sécurité et de surveillance la nuit ce qui vient gâcher le repos et le sommeil
Idem autour de la piscine où la musique est trop forte pour pouvoir se reposer
Rare de voir ce manque de discrétion de quiétude dans des établissements semblables (ex villa cortes ARONA LES CANARIES)
Habitués de cet établissement avant ses travaux pas certains de refaire un test et pourtant sa situation géographique est un atout

I would like to begin by expressing my sincere thanks to the entire team at ME Marbella for making our family stay truly exceptional.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. A special mention goes to Rafa, who, despite being in training, delivered outstanding service. He supported us throughout the check-in process and kindly showed us a selection of rooms to ensure we were completely satisfied with our choice.

I would also like to commend Ruben, who went above and beyond from the first day until our departure. His attentiveness and dedication were remarkable—assisting with recommendations, arranging our evening meals, and consistently checking in to ensure we were happy with our room and overall experience. His service was truly 10/10.

In addition, Alba provided excellent support throughout our stay. She was always available when needed and responded promptly to any requests, which made a real difference to our experience.

Overall, I would like to thank the entire team at ME Marbella for delivering such a memorable visit. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short distance from Puerto Banús, which made it very convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the area.
The painting and artwork throughout the hotel were amazing and really added to the overall atmosphere and charm of the place.
The concierge department was outstanding – very helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their service truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.
