The suite was spacious; however, I was unable to use it to its full capacity due to a BUG issue in the room. The location is also near the highway, which is very convenient. I normally don't leave bad reviews anywhere unless I have to.
Very old. I am sure this was a great place to stay about 20 years ago. Unfortunately, we were on the 2nd floor, and the guests upstairs were incredibly disruptive. The building is old, so just about every step they took would sound like a stomp, and they were moving across their room just endlessly. I am not sure if this was intentional, but it seemed this way. This went on until maybe midnight and then again at 8 am the next morning.
The second issue I experienced was the BUGS in the room. There were some gnats and mosquitoes in the bedroom, and god knows what else in the larger section of the suite. I sat there on the couch for a few minutes and felt a bite on my thumb, then on my knee. I decided to just shut the doors to the living area and not use it at all. However, the mosquito situation in the bedroom was just as bad—one had bitten me at least 4 times (on my foot, my shoulder, behind my leg, and on my right tricep). I was ready to leave the room entirely, but then, when I sat on the bed, it tried to attack again. I was finally able to kill it and get some rest.
Rest assured, I would have preferred a smaller room that is better maintained. This was simply not enjoyable.

I loved the spacious room and space and the view of the pool staff was friendly and Alberto was very helpful to my family and I thank you
The only thing was the room had someone’s old clothes in the closet and trash was left in trash can with a bag over it I did call about the lights not working but was fixed immediately the location was fair enough to make me want to stay again we ene take a funeral service
The size of the suite and the comfort of the bed.
It looked old in appearance. The sofa cushions were torn. The air system was not adequate enough ough for the size of the room. There were handprints on the door of the restroom. There was no sink in the room other than the restroom.
