I would love to comeback and try the jacuzzi room suit

I loved the spacious room and space and the view of the pool staff was friendly and Alberto was very helpful to my family and I thank you

Cons:

The only thing was the room had someone’s old clothes in the closet and trash was left in trash can with a bag over it I did call about the lights not working but was fixed immediately the location was fair enough to make me want to stay again we ene take a funeral service

It looked old in appearance. The sofa cushions were torn. The air system was not adequate enough ough for the size of the room. There were handprints on the door of the restroom. There was no sink in the room other than the restroom.

Hot nasty and unclean I would not ever stay there again

The couch was absolutely disgusting had nasty black stains all over and was ripped to shreds it looked like someone soiled all over the couch it smelled horrible and the air conditioner did not work properly I sweated all night long I asked the staff to move rooms they told me I could not that they could have the maintenance to come fix the issue which they never did with temps at above 90 degrees that’s dangerous

Lindo hotel, personal amable, linda zona

Excelente habitación , tenia hasta unos sillones y mesita en la que se podía desayunar, ya que teníamos cafetera y nos dejaban café, estaba muy limpia lo único que como cayó domingo, se olvidaron de limpiar y cambiar las toallas, nada grave . Fue una muy linda estadía !! Un hotel recomendable 100 %
