Good friendly service. Good room, the only minor grumble being that the mobile shower head produced cold water only. Very good breakfast but you really shouldn't provide rubbish marmalade in horrid, environment-unfriendly little plastic containers.

Check was very good, room was OK. Hotel was too busy, couldn't even get a drink in the bar, was told it was too busy. Breakfast was terrible, food was almost cold, when I told staff, they said well its the same heating set up as all hotels. Not great at all.
Very comfortable room. Convenient for Central Cambridge. Just a one night stay, but we stay there again.

The quality of the food and the tea and coffee were unacceptable for a hotel of this class. Tea tasted of stale water. I was told that the water came out of a machine and not freshly boiled. The pastries were truly inedible -- poor excuse for a croissant and a pain au chocolat. I was also disappointed that all the food was buffet style, again unexpected for a hotel of this class.

Pour tea Time réserve la veille, l’hôtel ne nous a pas informés que le salon était privatisé . En fait , il était réservé pour la soirée à partir de 19h, mais à 16h15, ils nous ont refusé l’accès.
