All was awesome
Lokasyon ve personeline
Odadaki kanepede ciddi lekeler vardı. Ayrıca rezervasyon da belirtilmeyen engelli odasında kalmak zorunda kaldık. Banyo kullanımında çok sıkıntı yaşadık.
Helpful staff, attractive and well appointed room. Pleasant bar and restaurant, good food and wine list. A very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Hotel well placed to explore Cambridge and beyond.

all great and terrific breakfast very good and considerate service
Overall hotel was lovely and all the staff were friendly and professional. Room was comfortable and well appointed. On the downside, although breakfast was included in my room rate, any extras seemed very expensive. For example, an omelette (which is often available as part of a breakfast buffet in other hotels) was £15 on top of the standard breakfast. Standard breakfast was a bit uninspiring as well e.g. no porridge .
Drinks in the bar are doubles as standard although single measures could be ordered if you asked specifically for a single
Hotel was very well furnished and all staff were execllent - friendly and professional. The concierge (Owen?) was excellent offering advice on routes we wished to see and in a very friendly manner
I paid for breakfast as part of the room charge but was disappointed that extras such an omelette was £15 on top of the breakfast charge. The breakfast as part of the room charge was fairly similar to most hotels so if you fancy something a bit different (e.g. omelette, advocados on toast) you would be charged at least £10 and some options were over £25. There was no porridge available either
