Really poor value for money, dirty, noisy rooms. Wilde is much better and so is the Graduate.

Flawless service & a seamless upgrade
Pros:

Wonderful place…huge thank you to the front desk for their seamless service. Having upgraded to a suite for the second night I assumed there’d be a delay in accessing the new room but they made it available straight away. Restaurant staff were really attentive especially Mia who was very pleasant and welcoming throughout my stay.

Pros:

Location is excellent on Parkers Piece and we were there for a goddaughters wedding for two nights. We were especially impressed by the staff who were all friendly and accommodating but particularly Toby who helped squeeze us in on parking which we had forgotten to pre book

A mostly comfy stay in a great location, let down by some noise from an event during one night.
Pros:

The room was spacious enough and comfy; the shower was particularly good. The staff were all very friendly as well.

Cons:

The only big frustration was that they had an event on Saturday night and we could hear the music playing until 2am. This was surprising since we were on the top floor. Obviously I have no problem with the hotel holding events, but I expected better sound insulation from a hotel of this quality.
