Clean room nice staff

TV did not work, phone did not work, towels were dirty

Upon entry of the lobby the first four stairs have no carpet nor a remodeling sign. That made us wonder about rooms
Floors and dressers are newer in the room
Bathroom needs a lot of TLC!
Dirty toilet and sink faucet appears to have been patch on a dozen times

No ice no soap

Staff were kind and helpful. Pool was great! Rooms were very worn but good for a cheap hotel stay. I did get bit up by something and I’m assuming ants. Didn’t find anything worrisome. The only downfall was the non working dryer. The staff did return our funds. Good stay.

It was a rush stay not planned, cheapest in the zone didnt take advantage of us, not so good brekfast only had waffles, nasty coffee and some fruits but great service

Great location. Close to downtown area and convenient for sightseeing or shopping. Motel had limited ammenities. No soap in the room. Poor water pressure. Ice machine broken. Rooms were clean but in desparate need of upgrade and modernization.

The hotel is older and they did repairs. Just coffee and no breatfast. Outdoor pool good. A problem with water temperature. Lady at front desk was nice.

First of, a big thank you to the young lady working the front desk the evening we checked in. She was doing her best to help us out and better our stay.
We got checked into a smoking room, which was pretty gross. No problem, we got switched.
In the new room, we had to change the sheets, as the sheets in the room were stained! Straight up disgusting.
The bath tub was dirty. Just soap and dirt stains all around.
The wash machine is not being cleaned out, as softner and other stains were just filling up the wash machine.
The room were run down and so was the exterior of the place. The pictures were nowhere close to it.
The TV in the room was not activated. We had to log on with our personal account to Roku to even watch the news.
Overall, it was really poor annd run down. I would not recommend staying there. Better options for a few bucks more, closer to downtown!

Worst Experience for the price paid.Restrooms are not clean, unclean towels. Air conditioner makes sound but doesn’t cool.Sketchy Area

This would have been a ONE star at best had it not been for the absolutely delightful girl at the front desk who helped with the check-in. She was very sweet. But the experience beyond that was awful. I got zero sleep all night thanks to a number of issues. While I realize it was 4th of July and not the hotel's fault, the fact that there were people in the parking lot shoot off fireworks at 2AM was ridiculous. The people in the room below me were allowed to BBQ, filling my room with the smell of charcoal. The air conditioner in the room barely put out any cold air so the room was at least 80 degrees. The ice machine barely out out any ice after standing there five minutes holding it open. The bathroom tub was stained and unwelcoming. Just overall a horrible experience, aside from the desk staff. Again, she should be commended.

Bathroom smelled badly of weed. Hotel is old but they have tried to update rooms.

The ladies up front were extremely nice at check in! Rooms got cold and beds were comfortable.

10/10 recommend!!! They’re still renovating and so far they are doing a wonderful job! There’s some room for improvement still in the rooms but it’s a work in progress and completely made up for in comfort!

I made the reservation for my son. Because his name was not on the reservation they refused to let him stay. Said they could not refund my money either. I called Expedia and made a complaint. They were going to see what could be done. My son had to sleep in the truck that night was below freezing.

Staff are friendly and helpful with tourist stuff to do.

For a place in the middle of no where someone should have been there we got there at 1030pm to a note on the door. Saying to call if you have reservation. We did and they never answered. And it really sucks that i lost out on the money for that room cause they were not there to check me in or gave my room away to someone else i will never stay at a rodeway inn ever again.
