Pros:

Very well situated hotel close to the bus station, really nice staff and clean and pleasant room. We enjoyed the bathtub, and the room service was superb. Overall a really nice place for a stay in Glasgow.

Cons:

We found the hotel to be on the pricier side.

Good people, location and comfortable but sucky WiFi
Pros:

Location, room, AC, breakfast, staff

Cons:

WiFi was so weak in my 3rd floor room I had to sit in the lobby to do anything that required WiFi. For such a large chain hotel this was inexcusable

Convenient comfortable room very close to the train staion.
Pros:

Very close to the train station which was the reason to stay one night. Reception desk staff helpful and they provided herbal tea bags not in the room on request at the bar area for no extra charge . Also held my luggage for a couple hours after check out which was appreciated.

Cons:

Seemed high priced for a basic room.

Segítőkész, kedves személyzet. Nagy képernyős tvb a bár-ban

Cons:

Viszonylag szűk választék kenyérből, tojásos ételekből és az ivólevekből, teákból. Az árak kicsit magasak voltak nekem. Nem volt WC kefe a fürdőszobában.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Central gelegen.

Cons:

Ein 4 Sterne Hotel das leider aid Reklamationen nicht eingeht. Vor Ort keine Reaktion und in der Google Bewertung erst schreiben das es großes Interesse gibt an einer Lösung und per Mail alles geklärt werden soll aber selbst da gsb es keine Antwort. Die Betten waren so schlimm und hart ist noch der falsche Begriff.

Good stay in Glasgow
Pros:

We chose this hotel mainly because it is located a stone's throw away from the Buchanan bus station, as we had to catch an early bus back to Edinburgh airport. The location is really good, in the center of Glasgow, there are buses nearby, as well as the subway. It's a simple hotel, but offers a good size room, a comfortable bed, we slept well, despite the noise from the street. Bathroom was also fine and clean. Breakfast was good-ish, they offer a buffet style breakfast with scrambled eggs and so on, while also providing you the option to order fried or poached eggs. The quality of the products on the other hand wasn't so fabulous. As we had to grab a quick bite on our last morning, they also offered bags to grab some additional pastries for the road. This was nice. Coffee was also good, as long as you don't take it from the coffee machine. Staff is friendly and helpful

Our room was a bit noisy, best to pack some earplugs

Lage zur Busstation, Umfangreiches Frühstück mit sehr gutem Kaffee! Wir haben jeden Abend im Restaurant gegessen und waren über Qualität und Service positiv überrascht.

Pokój bardzo komfortowy, przyjemnie urządzony. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko do centrum. Możliwe zaparkowanie auta w publicznym parking zlokalizowanym na przeciwko hotelu za 12 funtów / dzień.

Cons:

Spodziewałem się lepszego śniadania - w podróży po Szkocji tu było najsłabsze.
