The cost for the room was above expected.
Also the pool had NO loungers - just 4 chairs - extremely disappointed.
I go to this hotel twice a month. Great location, great restaurants, great spa, great service.
Real 5 Star hotel and service by all the staff right down to the doormen was exceptional, amazing Afternoon Tea and again staff are 5 Star. It was my partner’s Birthday while we were there and they sent up to our room some birthday treats and Champagne which was a really nice touch. Stayed in other 5 Star hotels but this is the real deal
