My wife and I would like to share our heartfelt thanks for an unforgettable stay at The Langham, London. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed; the service throughout our visit truly reflected the very best of British hospitality.
We are especially grateful to Assistant Manager Allister (“Alex”) and his porter team. Alex personally escorted us to our room and ensured every detail was perfectly arranged from the start. His warmth and ease made us feel at home immediately, and his continued attentiveness—including ensuring our room was immaculate after our days touring London—did not go unnoticed. The housekeeping team's turn down service truly left us in awe and was a highlight of our stay. Additionally, the porter team were absolute gentlemen, handling our luggage with such meticulous care.
We would also like to recognize Poppy and the service team for their help with my request for local flowers, as well as your floral team for creating an arrangement that truly delighted my wife.
The care and attention within the Langham Club elevated our experience even further. Every interaction felt thoughtful and precise. We would particularly like to highlight a member of the Club/dining team whose name we unfortunately missed, but whose kindness left a lasting impression. She is Romanian, wears a hair covering, and her name begins with an “O” (perhaps Olena or Olga). She personally escorted us to the Club and introduced us to the team, making us feel like VIPs the moment we stepped inside.
The honeymoon treats and thoughtful touches from the entire Club staff were deeply moving—memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives.
Thank you again for making our honeymoon and first anniversary celebration so magical. We will gladly recommend The Langham to our friends and family, and we already look forward to our next visit.

My room was a bit small but everything else was very nice .. hard to find spa and gym have to get the room spay love it
Be careful when you take a shower it can get slippery
5th time returning and it’s still as special as the first time. Staff are exceptional, service is brilliant, the smell around the hotel is our favourite and it’s the perfect location. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
You really do need to try langham London , the caring team the best service great value. Clean soft furnishings make you extra comfortable more than 5 stars.

My facial with Joanna was an exceptional experience. It was deeply relaxing and thoughtfully done, with attention not only to my face but also my neck, shoulders, and chest. That extra care made such a difference and elevated the entire treatment. Joanna has a wonderfully calming presence and clearly takes great pride in her work. This was hands-down the best facial I’ve ever had, and I will absolutely be booking with her again.
I felt so cared for and valued, truly such a wonderful experience. The first day there I was rushing to a meeting & forgot to pay for my coffee. I called the front desk and the women at the restaurant were so kind & refused to let me pay. That kindness & grace won you a customer for life. It was a small thing but was very meaningful to me. I plan to travel to London for business often this year and will only stay at the Langham. I was also pickpocketed and my credit cards were canceled to prevent theft. Your team was incredibly gracious in helping me work through the situation and alternate ways to pay.
