Lage ist gut, Personal freundlich
Hotel wirkt etwas verbraucht und in die Jahre gekommen. Preis / Leistung ist nicht gut.
The rooms were very small
The team made a gesture & had a message for my son on arrival in the room, completely unexpected & some thought had gone into this, suffice to say word of mouth has travelled fast we cant rate it highly enough! Super team great hotel & the only place we will stay from now on for our trips to London ; )
Does this tub/shower look safe? It is not. I am an average 5’4” and the lip of the tub comes up above my knee. Even with the provided rubber mat (which I hope they sanitize) it is very easy to slip getting in or out. I held onto the towel rack but still slipped a bit coming out and twisted my back. We are in the middle of our 6 day stay and everyday I’m afraid to shower lol. I am also enjoying our view of the brick wall. We stayed here last year in the same class of room but it had a non-hazardous shower and it also had a street view. For $970 a night I’m really surprised at what we received. The 3 stars is because the service is still lovely - each staff member should be commended for their professionalism. My husband has a Langham loyalist but he says that for next year’s London trip it’s going to be the Park Hyatt for us!
Very central location in the heart of London
Was great
Was great
I stay at this hotel regularly and always thoroughly enjoy my stay. This week though was superb. I had had an operation and the whole team at the hotel really looked after me. Nothing was too much trouble. I really did appreciate it. In my opinion the best hotel in London.

Excellent hotel in the heart of London, with walking access to the west end. Great amenities and staff
From the moment we arrived, the level of care and attention across every single area of the hotel was truly unmatched. We were looked after so well by the whole team.
Our room was absolutely gorgeous and my little one was thrilled with her Theodore goodies, she was made to feel like royalty for the entire stay!
The Langham Club was such a treat, the ever changing spread of food and drinks throughout the day was so generous and delicious. Having breakfast delivered to the room and enjoying it in our fluffy Langham robes was the ultimate luxury.
Finally Palm Court… I’ve experienced quite a few afternoon teas over the years but ours there topped them all. Every patisserie item was like a work of art.
What we loved most about The Langham was how it feels so luxurious while also being incredibly warm and welcoming - particularly for families. The balance is hard to find and it really does set the hotel apart.
Worth a Stay for the Breakfast Buffet Alone! Our opulent and luxurious room boasted a marble bathroom, a huge bathtub, and a large, nicely appointed, quiet bedroom. A plate with two small oranges and two little spiced pecan pies - very nice for the winter holidays - along with a welcome note greeted us in our room upon arrival. But the best part of the hotel is the breakfast buffet downstairs on the main floor. This was a Roman feast each morning and included with our room fee. On Christmas morning, several families ate downstairs in matching sets of pajamas, taking photos by the Christmas trees and the various scenic spots in the buffet banquet room. The afternoon tea is also a special experience. Prices are high, but well worth it. The spotless hotel offers a good-sized gym, although it is quite a trek to get there. Top notch concierge service, door service, security, and restaurant wait staff. This is a grand place, located within walking distance of several tube stations and shopping streets. The Langham London is a wonderful hotel for a holiday stay. I feel so fortunate to have stayed here.
