Seit vielen Jahren kommen wir immer wieder ins Langham zurück. Das Hotel hat noch richtig Tradition. Uns gefällt die Junior Suite in den höheren Etagen mit Blick auf die Stadt am besten (im "älteren Teil"). Super Service, sehr hilfsbereit und professionell. Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet in der Club Lounge, die sich auch tagsüber und abends immer für eine ruhige Pause eignet, das Restaurant Salt and Pepper war sehr gut. Ein Hotel, wo wir immer wieder gerne zurückkommen.
Our stay at The Langham in London was absolutely exceptional—truly a 10/10 experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is elegant, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what really made our visit stand out was the outstanding service.
Beautiful hotel, amazing rooms, amazing staff. Our first stay here but wont be our last. We chose the club room to get access to the club lounge which was also excellent.
We tried the Langham after recommendation. The hotel is beautiful, the staff was excellent, room was true luxury and the location is awesome. We will definitely stay here every time we visit London from now on.
We booked a three night stay in an executive club room. Everything in the hotel is immaculate , the staff in every department are superb and cannot do enough for you to ensure that you are comfortable during your stay. A first class experience in a stunning hotel.
The Langham London, constantly outshines a crowded luxury hotel market. Service and rooms are fantastic. Have been staying 2 to 3 times a year for over 10 years. Some of the staff have been there more that 20+ years which lends to the homely feel of the hotel for a regular.
Location. The gym was nice, although hard do get to.
Yesterday I arrived at 23.30. Tried to go to the bar, but was told the kitchen was closed. The waiter said “let me check if it’s possible”, then, after looking at me, the manager said the kitchen was closed. Which was strange, since there was food being served. I was coming from the Emirates stadium and had my teams shirt and scarf. I think that’s why I was turned down. I find it objectionable. It’s a 5 star hotel, I’m a guest and was not in a crowd of football hooligans. Was very disappointed. Paying 800 pounds for a room and being barred like in some Pub. Not a way for a 5 star hotel to behave.
Also, there’s no pressure in the hot shower. Couldn’t believe it.

I've stayed at different Langham hotels and this was my first time in London. From arrival to departure - everything was seamless, personalized, warm and efficient. The property is impeccable and location so very central. Having Club Lounge access is a game changer and one that I highly recommend. Having a more intimate "Hotel within a Hotel" service/facilities made for an exceptional stay.
Stayed at the Langham for the first time and was very pleased. Despite being centrally located, it is quiet and comfortable. The rooms are well appointed and modern despite the hotel maintaining its ambiance of a grand old hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I hope to return.
Really friendly staff, very welcoming and professional throughout our stay. Breakfast was really good. Some excellent options and nice relaxed environment. Short walk from Oxford Circus. Room had everything we needed. Very slight rumble from the nearby tube but hardly noticeable. Would recommend.
