Excelente ubicación , instalaciones y personal muy amable . Sobre todo Carlos
Pros:

La ubicación es fantástica … cerca del mejor lugar para pasear en San Francisco. La atención de Carlos fue inmejorable , siempre atento a todo . Volvería a hospedarme en ese hotel sin dudas .

Hübsches zHotel in zentraler und sicherer Lage
Pros:

Ein tolles und sehr bequemes King-Size-Bett, nicht zu weich, hübsche Einrichtung, abnehmbarer Duschkopf, edle Marken von Duschgel, Bodylotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, stabiles W-Lan, zentrale und sichere Lage nahe Ferry- Building und viel Public Transport.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas dunkel mit kleinem Fenster, dessen Öffnungsmechanismus wir nicht verstanden haben. Eine Deckenlampe wäre schön gewesen und ein Kosmetikspiegel.

Breve soggiorno a San Francisco
Pros:

Posizione ottima sul porto in un quartiere tranquillo (Financial District) con prevalenza di uffici. Conseguentemente se capitate nel weekend per cenare è meglio spostarsi lungo il porto. Per chi arriva dall'aeroporto la fermata del treno BART è abbastanza vicina. In zona Ferry Building o su marke Street troverete altri mezzi pubblici per spostarvi. Meglio non usare l'auto in città, i parcheggi sono molto costosi. Si possono noleggiare bici meglio se e-bike visti i dislivelli, soprattutto se pensate di fare un po' di chilometri (l'hotel ha alcune bici disponibili gratuitamente ma non sono a pedalata assistita). La camera è pulita. La colazione è più che sufficiente con varie paste dolci e muffin, yogurt, succhi di frutta, frutta, caffè e alcuni prodotti spalmabili. Nell'edificio c'è anche una palestra. Non avendola utilizzata non so se accesso per clienti Hotel è solo convenzionato o gratuito.

Cons:

La camera, come riferito da altri, è piccola per gli standard Usa. La nostra era affacciata su un cortile interno. Se anche non utilizzerete il condizionatore potrete sentire il rumore degli altri. Comunque a finestra chiusa non è stato per noi fastidioso. La colazione viene servita nella Lobby e si consuma utilizzando i tavolini e sedie e poltrone lì presenti. Un Hotel come questo avrebbe dovuto disporre di un locale dedicato. Non c'è opzione salata.

Leider eine Enttäuschung aufgrund der einbehaltenen Kaution
Pros:

Tolle Lage und kostenlos Fahrräder (aber nur 5 Stück)

Cons:

Hotel reagiert nicht auf Nachrichten/Reklamationen. Die Kaution wird seit über einem Monat einbehalten und nicht freigegeben, obwohl dies zugesagt wurde.

Leider keine richtige Bettwäsche. Nur ein dünnes Tuch unter der Bettdecke, die jeder benutzt. Das ist nicht akzeptabel für dS Preisniveau.

Pros:

我们是第三次到这家酒店入住了，在旧金山这个酒店的地理位置绝佳，码头非常近，到哪里都方便，员工都极其友善，老板娘对人很和善，早餐是西式的，咖啡不错，水果新鲜，虽然没有热菜，但是还是不错的，咖啡口感挺好。房间是小了一点，但是很精致。酒店隔壁旁边就是YMCA健身中心，是很大的一个健身中心，在酒店前台开票就可以进去，可以游泳健身，我们去游泳很便捷，里面还有一个小小的温泉可以泡。尤其是前台的帅小伙子carlos人非常nice，我们非常幸运可以到这家酒店入住，会推荐朋友来，我们自己以后也还会来。

房间再大一点就更加完美了

Lage und Hotel waren super. Personal absolut professionell und extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich. Werden wieder kommen. Zimmer Bay- Seite absolut grossartig.
