+ location
+ waterfront view
+ excellent staff
+ cleanliness
- relatively small rooms
Perfect location with a very friendly staff.
Be prepared to pay additional fees such as for amenities and San Francisco tourist tax which adds up to about $60 above the rate that is quoted by Booking.com. Per person and per night.
Good location
The rooms are extremely small. Like comically small. I am also upset because it said indoor pool but when you get there they USA the YMCA next door. That’s fine but it closed at 5Pm Saturday and is closed Sunday which is the two nights we were there so never got to use it
L’emplacement est bien
Le prêt de vélo gratuit
La chambre est vraiment très petite
Reception staff , Breakfast staff .
Lobby area View from room
Although limited items the small breakfast was nicely presented .
No real complaints at all .
Possibly a little bit out of the way location wise , but depends where you’re going .
As Canadians it seemed expensive , but it’s SF and US $ , so it is what it is .
Janelle was amazing and very helpful with my checkin and checkout. I’ll forsure be back to stay at Harbor Court. Go Hawks!
Heads up— Harbor Court Hotel in San Francisco markets themselves as an allergy-friendly hotel. They have a “whole floor that’s pet- and fragrance-free.” But when I asked about fragrances in the lobby, the manager said they use fragrances in the lobby to mask the smell of the bay. I told her about the dangers of the chemicals in fragrances and the potential impact on her health and of those who work there daily. I’m opting not to stay there. I wished her luck with the daily exposure.
The Harbor Court Hotel is a hidden gem on the Embarcadero in San Francisco. The hotel is a historic YMCA building minutes and close to the Ferry Building. The hotel is pleasant, clean, relaxing and appropriately decorated with historic photos and furnishings.
Our room and accommodations were simple and fulfilled our needs. The most enjoyable experience of our stay was the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. Javier, Carlos and Diann were so friendly and helpful. My wife and I appreciate their congeniality and genuine conversation with them.
Location was beautiful, and located right across the embarcadero. Hotel was really nicely upkept. Room was a bit on the smaller side, and wifi strength was not the best in the room. I would have preferred a bit more lighting as well, as two lamps in the room were not enough. TV was great, and I was able to get work on it done. Would stay here again, and worth it if you book through costco.
Restroom was nice, and clean, and had some great smelling shampoos.
Feel valet parking with $75 overnight is expensive.
Location. It was perfect. Also easy to access by public transportation or by car.
I wish the breakfast would have included at least
A boil egg or more proteins .
I did not like this property
Terrible customer service and the concierge is not good at his job
