I’d stay again. Great that one can walk the beach or swim/snorkel simply by taking a very short walk
Pros:

Rental rate is a relative bargain compared to other hotels. Especially good is that property fronts the beach. The location makes it well worth foregoing luxuries of other motels such as modern fitness room, swimming pools, free breakfast.

Cons:

Not an issue, but noise penetrates walls quite easily . We could hear the neighbor playing his acoustic guitar, but he was m8ndful of noise restrictions.

a safe haven
Pros:

We were booked in area in Kihei that was badly flooded during Kona storm and found a safe haven at the Days Inn. Excellent customer service. The room was cleaned daily. We were very thankful for the Days Inn and hope all the staff and their families are safe from the flooding.

Great location
Pros:

Chris was fabulous at the front desk. Fun to visit with and helpful when the Kona Storm pushed water into our doorway. Used multiple towels to stop up this big storm water. Room is a small basic hotel room. Would of been helpful to have drawers to unpack our suitcases.

Location is a BIG plus. You can snorkle right out from the hotel. Hotel on the beachside of S. Kihei road. About 1 mile walk down to Fred's Mex Restaurant. Good convenience store right next store open during the day.
