Pros:

heated pool

Cons:

We booked a room with a king-size bed, but the bed was a queen. Also, the photos showed a small sofa, but the actual room differed from the pictures and there was no sofa. We were traveling with a child, and sleeping in the smaller bed was very inconvenient. The staff refused to switch us to a room with a larger bed or even one with a sofa. The breakfasts here aren't very good.

Pros:

Location is great rigth off highway 1. 5 minute walk to del monte shopping mall. 7 minute drive to downtown Montery. Free parking. We loved the pool great for kids 4⅐ ft and heated. Room/ bed was comfortable and clean. Mix feeling with the skyligth right above bed. Ligth can make a little hard to sleep late.

Cons:

There are some areas that could use some cleaning specially the stairs area looks like spilled drinks. For continental breakfast they can do a little better. But overall is a nice place and would definetly stay there again

This was our second Time visiting and staying here, the beds are comfy and the rooms are nice.
Pros:

the room/ ambiance and property is very nice. its nice to gave free parking, and the location is great.

Cons:

the breakfast selection was disappointing, the coffee was terrible! the hot chocolate made up for it, but still it was bad. we stayed here on our first weekend away together and I remember there being a make your own waffle bar, and eggs, protein. but the section on Monday morning was awful.

Adequate accommodations. Del Monte Mall is across the hotel. A good neighborhood to walk a dog. 1 mile from downtown Mon

Dog relief area. Quiet property. I suggest getting a room facing the property.

Cons:

Ice machine is on the second floor for the whole property? No ac on the lofts (hot in the summer).

We ended up leaving the hotel 2 hrs after checking in..we dealt with one staff member who checked us in and I think she only said about 5 words upon checking in. After finding a place to stay I called the front desk to speak to a manager, I was told I was already speaking to the manager aka the staff member who checked us in. I informed her we were leaving due to the facilities being completely unacceptable and she was accommodating at that time. The only good thing I can say is that the hotel was close to the Del Monte shopping center

The staff wasn't welcoming or friendly, the hotel is extremely dated and dirty. As I stated prior the staff member who checked me in was not friendly at all..when I called on the phone to speak to a manager I was informed I was already speaking to the manager. I didn't even realize she was the same person. When my husband went in to drop off our keys he didn't even get an apology he got an "OK" and that was it! This was from the manager on duty! We had reserved the family suite..downstairs is a small sitting area, desk, murphy bed a full bathroom. The couch downstairs was so dirty and old I didn't even let my son sit on it. The murphy bed was absolutely disgusting! The mattress was stained and the frame was broken in several areas. We walked upstairs and it didn't get any better..Upstairs was about 80° because apparently there is no air conditioning (which was not stated anywhere) the bathtub upstairs had what appeared to be mold around the drain and a ring of dirt around the tub itself. I would absolutely warn you fo not stay here!
