Clean and professional staff
The staff were nice & it was close to the nursing home my dad was in. They were very accommodating when I needed to stay extra days there.
Breakfast and location were ok.
Nothing to complain about.
The beds were extremely comfortable!!
The lady at the desk during the day (7/18) was REALLY nice. AC worked quickly to cool the room down. Breakfast was provided.
Our room had been smoked in previously so there was a leftover, musty smell. Pool was not open (small issues, not deal breakers)
It was close to everything I needed.
The bathroom towel bars were broken and there were hairs on the floor.
The staff was so amazing. They all were friendly and made sure we were comfortable. We will be staying there again.
I never ate breakfast therefore I can't rate you on that area and I never used wifi
N/A
The location was perfect and the price was reasonable.
The blankets on the bed smelled like they had been soaked in urine!!! The light in the bathroom had a shortage so I had to flick the switch off and on several times before it came on. The lamp shades next to the bed had mold on it and the ceiling looked to have mold on it as well!
NOTHING
The first room, smelled like death. It was horrible. We figured it was just from the a/c wasn't used in a while at first. Nope. We went to use the microwave and figured it was coming from there. There was a trey of old ass food that had been left there long enough for maggots to make a home in, my husband took Pictures and showed theyady working and sent us to another room. That had not been cleaned in at least 2 weeks. There was trash and dirt EVERYWHERE. We had to clean it ourselves or be moved to a different room, we were scared to move at that point so we cleaned it ourselves. When we told the manager the next day that some should get taken off the bill due to their negligence, she said the best they can offer is a bowl cereal. Like that's gonna fix anything
Location & convenience. Staff was nice.
Floor was soaking wet when we went in. This was before the storm, by the way. Went to dry it up & the amount of dirt on the floor turned my white towel completely black. The beds were hard. Plus, the smell of Marijuana coming from 2 rooms down was overpowering outside & even inside.
The location only everything else bad
Everything was bad and we were expecting a pool but the pool was still closed and the beds were stained and nasty good thing we brought our own blankets
