Well situated close to Norwich Cathedral. Convenient car parking. Delightful helpful staff. Comfortable bed.
Location. Good quality finishes and toiletries. Lots of nice touches. Free parking. Plenty of social areas.
Couldn’t open the bathroom window.
The location of the hotel next to the Cathedral, with an easy walk into the centre, was superb. Our room was comfortable, very clean and well appointed. We found the staff very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is excellent, with plenty of variety for a cooked or continental help yourself buffet.
Much depends on your budget as to which rooms to afford. Even the basic, but comfortable Executive Double Room is expensive and the larger rooms in the older part very expensive, but palatial. We disliked the £10 a day charge for parking and thought the £18 a day for continental breakfast high, which was included as part of our package.
Excellent Hotel in an Excellent Location, Stayed many times and the staff are constantly providing the best experience ,
Team proactively considered what room was best for us with a pram and where to pop us, worked well. Breakfast was well marked for allergens which was also helpful and there was a lot of information around things to do locally.
very happy overall no concerns.
I stayed in a beautiful suite that had everything I needed. The location was ideal for restaurants, bars and my work venue. Breakfast was delicious with a whole host of options to cover varied dietary needs. The staff were top drawer.
Excellent location with small car park on first come first served basis.
Good size room.
Good range of breakfast items with specials that can be ordered as requested.
Did not try any other facilities so cannot comment

Breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everywhere was clean. Lovely room with a comfortable sofa and chairs to sit on. Several comfortable chairs are spread around in the lounge areas to rest and read. Ideal place to stay in the centre of the city for exploring.
Dinner on our first night was not good. My wife had a vegetarian haggis which was unpleasant texture with little flavour. I had a vegan dish consisting of a whole cauliflower cut in half and roasted with some spices. It was not a pleasant experience. It was disappointing because their standard menu sounded very good, but they clearly added a vegan and a vegetarian option as an afterthought with little care, like so many restaurants that offer these options, unfortunately. We ate somewhere else the second evening. Noisy traffic from the road. Also 2nd night a lot of noise from the room above
Great location next to the cathedral with the bonus of on site parking. The room size was excellent with plenty of room for two people to move around easily.Very good breakfast with a toaster which actually produced proper toast with one pass.
Can't really think of anything.
Great location, very attentive staff. Check in/ out was seamless, and room service was prompt. Bedroom was cute & cosy, good for 1-2 nights.
Room service menu is limited, hotel feels a bit 'tired' in some ways. Hallways can be a bit noisy in the eve.
Beautiful room, I think we were upgraded as it was our wedding night! We were left a card and sweets, and the staff were all polite and helpful!
Room card had a room number but the room door itself only had suite name, so we needed help finding the correct room, but this is very minor! Everything else was perfect!
