Lovely, quirky hotel with great staff.
Pros:

I’d asked for sheet and blankets on the bed which they had done. Great location.

Cons:

The room was near the plant extractor so there was constant noise from outside.

Great, central location. Clean, comfortable room. Excellent food
Pros:

The room was very well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast food choices- wide, varied and delicious. Dinner was excellent

Cons:

The situation of our room was above the area where deliveries are received and it was a bit noisy early in the morning

Pros:

A charming historic hotel in a great location right by the Cathedral. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfasts excellent. There is a cosy bar and a light and airy restaurant. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

The Maids Head hotel is the best place to stay when one is in Norwich!
Pros:

The location is perfect for exploring all Norwich has to offer! The history behind the Maids Head is very interesting and the food and the staff were fantastic..

Had a great time and loved seeing the city.
Pros:

Location perfect for walking around town. Close to buses.

Cons:

Unfortunately we were in room 101 right above the back door entrance, very noisy at night. Price of breakfast was way out of line.

Cons:

Slow WiFi. Tried watching Prime in bedroom and was buffering constantly due to slow speeds.

An enjoyable and relaxing break
Pros:

Comfortable room. Reception staff very efficient eg ordering taxis for us, quickly responding to requests for room.

Location excellent, so easy to get to cathedral, castle, river walks and town centre.

Cons:

Breakfasts could have been better. Disappointed not to have had Greek yogurt, also to find tinned peaches and mandarins rather than fresh ones. Toaster wasn’t working well, all toast came out burnt. No one put it right over our 3 day stay. Cooked food was great however.

Wonderful stay at the Maids Head hotel for a weekend away exploring the beautiful city of Norwich.
Pros:

Had a lovely stay at the Maids Head hotel. Room was lovely, with a great ensuite bathroom, and the location was ideal to walk into the city.

Cons:

TV in the room was not a smart TV. Would have liked the choice of watching Netflix/Apple TV/Amazon Prime etc. For a room where the price was this expensive I would have expected this as a minimum.
