Breakfast was a little sparse. I did not like that it the honey was in a squeeze bottle. Seemed unsanitary. Would have liked the individual packets.
Hotel is a bit dated. Needs a refresh.
We enjoyed the location, friendly staff, the pool and hot tub and it had a good breakfast. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. The facilities were good, parking was easy and the bed and room were comfortable.
Friendly sweet. Only problem I had I order food from out a 166.00 and it got delivered to wrong room and we all went to bed with no dinner and lost 166.00 of food and the place wouldn't pay me back or fix it

Our favorite hotel in Pueblo. We stay here a few times per year at least a week at a time to visit family in the area. Newly remolded rooms are super nice. We know staff is wonderful and welcoming always. Very busy with fire fighting groups, that said, we couldn't really tell any difference in services. Food was available and rooms were clean, parking of course was on fuller side and no problem finding parking. That a well run hotel. Thank you.

Clean and comfortable
Great stop on our road trip. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with different options, great for a quick bite before we hit the road.
The staff was amazing! Had three different families trying to stay as close as possible and they got us there.
Breakfast was delicious We got to pull some tables together and eat as one big family.
The smell of chlorine will punch you in the nose when you walk through the main entrance. My brother and his children went down to the pool, trying to rough it out but as soon as he turned on the jets it got 10 times worse.

Its simply excellent. Extremely clean, high quality beds, high ceilings everywhere, modern, the breakfast, eggs bisquits and gravy waffles and the standard continental fare. Just really good. Best rated hotel in pueblo. Staff is professional and friendly. Its a win

Door lock was in need of repair.
Good location with nice amenities. Nicer variety of breakfast items and a ghosts sized seating area. Gym and indoor pool and hot tub were appreciated.
