The Hotel is welcoming and everyone was friendly.
Pros:

The 2 queen-size beds and the room size were comfortable accept the pillows too soft I woke up with pain in my shoulders and neck,but everything else was exactly as described on their website. The bar was loud on Friday night,but everyone looked comfortable enjoying their drinks as the DJ played music it was a nice atmosphere. The location was excellent close to everything especially People’s Bank.

Cons:

The hotel is located near every thing,the valid parking, no rugs in the room and no smoking area in the hotel.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Room was spacious and charming. The layout was really good, with a little hallway leading to the room. Color scheme was nice.

Cons:

Service was terrible. They seemed really short-staffed. The housekeeping did not arrive, and upon my multiple requests, it seemed like the front office has no control or relationship with the housekeeping. Were they hired as a separate company? No coffee in room. Coffee that was supposed to be provided in the Event space was not always available as promised.

The stay was disappointing and far below the expectations of a boutique property.
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel everything was easy to get.

Cons:

. Didn’t like the fact the refrigerator wasn’t cold in my second room. The first room we had to switch because the heat wasn’t working in the room. I didn’t like the peeling paint on the wall, in the hallway, on the elevator doors, nor the bed frame. The closet with our jackets couldn’t close because the lock was broken. The cabinets were all chipped and beat up. This was not boutique.

Disappointing but I’d still return.
Pros:

This was our second time staying here because of the decor, location, staff. I couldn’t wait to return.

Cons:

I was sure that I had booked a room with a fireplace/LED candles, but we didn’t have one. The faucet in the bathroom wouldn’t provide any hot water. The shower was not usable because we couldn’t regulate the water temp. Once it got warm it changed back and forth from scalding to freezing.
Loved this hotel before so spent the money to return even though we could’ve stayed at a Marriott property for cheaper and to earn points.
