Cons:

Shower had no hot water and a spray that was very weak. No Kleenex in room. Disappointing g for a Hilton.

Hotel overbooked.
Pros:

The front desk attendant was very nice, JP. He was the only good thing about this trip. The hotel was overtaken by children, and they were loud and ran up and down the halls during the night, even after we asked security to address the issue.

Cons:

The hotel was overbooked. Not enough breakfast food to address all of the guests. It was chaos
