Nice clean room with friendly staff but the mattress needs to be replaced.
Pros:

The size of the room was great and enjoyed the soaking tub. Breakfast was pretty good and all the staff we had interaction with were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The bed was not good. The mattress was too soft and seemed worn. I slept on the couch two out of the three nights because my back hurt. If the hotel had a pool/hot tub that would help people with aching joints that have been traveling or hiking all day.

Great Service Made Up for the Snow Conditions
Pros:

Came to Jackson for a ski trip with my boyfriend, and while the snow conditions weren’t ideal, the Hampton Inn made the stay truly enjoyable. The team was incredibly friendly and always happy to share helpful local tips. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was a great way to start each day. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Jackson.

Close proximity to town and Grand Teton.

Cons:

Bathroom dirty. Hair from previous guests in shower. Bathtub/shower floor was stained dirty. Paid too much for what it was. Rooms are poorly lit, bathroom very small. Not worth the money.

Very comfortable and safe location. Not the closest hotel, but made up for it in other ways. Front desk staff very accommodating. Breakfast was amazing every morning wothvplenty variety

The foldout hid-a-bed was miserable to sleep on.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Jackson Hole mit rustikalem Flair

Das Hampton Inn Jackson Hole hat uns gut gefallen. Die Lage ist sehr empfehlenswert: etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Stadtzentrum (Antler Arch) entfernt, und im Vergleich zu den Hotels direkt im Zentrum deutlich günstiger. So kann man bequem mit dem Auto fahren und direkt am Jackson Town Square parken – eine praktische Lösung für Besucher der Stadt.

Schon beim Parken wird man willkommen geheißen: mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten und zwei kleine Feuerstellen laden zum Verweilen ein und schaffen eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre.

Das Interior und die Zimmer sind rustikal gestaltet, das Bad wirkt etwas älter, insgesamt strahlt das Hotel einen rustikalen Charme aus, der zur Region passt.
