I Paid Booking 204...was charged 230 at check in ..told them just apply the 230 to another night and was charged 430 the next day ..ruined the whole trip
The rooms were clean, staff was wonderful!
The rooms were nice, could use an update. Staff was wonderful! We had a little trouble getting the heat going and he came immediately and solved the problem. Good breakfast.
I think overall the property was nice. There were a few issues. I guess when we booked it, we had no idea that this was like a motel type of situation or anybody could access your door from the outside. This was not expected at all. The only other issues is that the Wi-Fi was very weak in the bedroom. If you don’t mind more of a motel fuel versus an all enclosed space, this might not be the place for you. That being said, the staff was nice and the breakfast was decent.
Parking was easy. Breakfast was decent. Staff was polite.
No WiFi available for at least 6-7 days! This was unacceptable! They don’t clean your rooms frequently enough either. Once every 5 days? Some folks don’t even stay 5 days.

Hotel was very clean. I really liked the apartment feel of the room. We didn't eat the breakfast.
Aged property. Check-in staff was very good. Started our vacation but no notice pool was not working.
This place needs work.
We stayed for just one night. They have 16 different buildings and you have to walk to the lobby for breakfast. That's fine in June but I wouldn't want to do it in winter.
The room smelled old and musty with popcorn ceilings. The bed wasn't well made and sheets barely stayed on at night.
The woman taking care of the breakfast buffet wasn't paying attention and most hot food was empty when we arrived.
Our shower didn't have any shampoo. What's the point of these big containers if you don't keep them filled?

Large rooms, was upgraded to a two bedroom suite as a platinum member. Due to the large size of the units you have to walk outside or drive to checkin and daily free breakfast. Slightly older units but overall budget friendly. Had trouble getting on the internet but once I was able to connect no further issues.
