A family with a toddler came in late and woke up early. Noise from the family coming and going with the door banging closed each time from their room kept us awake then woke us at 7am with the same. Plus, adults were talking loudly the whole time in the stairwell as they went to and from. Families and guests should be told at check-in to respect quiet hours.

We could hear the family arrive late at night in the room next to us as doors were closing and people walking up and down the stairs for an hour. We had to walk outside and ask them to be quiet.

The complimentary breakfast was ordinary and could use some improvement. I tried it one of the two mornings but didn't find it very useful, hence skipped the next morning. Instead of a lot of different types of breads/carbs and nothing else of note, it'd be good to include a few different types of proteins (veg and non-veg) and (simple) vegetables. That way the breakfast could be both kid- and adult-friendly.

Customer service: guy at check- in (look Indian)rude, dry, an ignored a question. Spider webs on patio corners, little wood critters in floor (look like small ants & love wood)😄... had to take up a 2car garage for my truck to fit. cars should be made to park in garage first...

Internet didn’t work for our first night — at all. Front desk staff seemed cold and disconnected from guests. Felt like the front desk staff were students who couldn’t be bothered to do their jobs well, smile, or otherwise make you feel welcome. No onsite manager at all — this motel is managed remotely from some corporate group in the Bay Area. When we had problems with the Internet, the onsite staff wasn’t able to resolve it and it took two days to get someone on site to fix the issue. We asked for compensation for this but were denied compensation for this falter in service. The young people at the front desk seemed bothered to have to deal with any of it.

Cleanliness of units could be much better. Everything seemed a little dingy and outdated. Didn’t feel completely clean (mold in bathroom, for example).

Breakfast room is too small for the property, and the options are not good. No eggs or other hot savory items. They did have waffles.

There was construction while we were there and we were not advised of this before our stay. The contractor left the outside a mess with old carpet stacked up on site.

Parking is very tight — especially if you have a tall van. They should reserve some of the very limited outside parking for tall vehicles. It was frustrating to see little sedans parked outside while they could have easily parked in the garages.

No pool or jacuzzi, it’s a converted condo complex. Should get rid of the gazebo that nobody uses and put in a jacuzzi.
