Very Pleasant and comfortable.. Tons if amenities, although we were unable to use based on are sche.
Pros:

The staff was as always very friendly and helpful..
The rooms we've stayed in are very spacious and clean..
The hotel itself is similar to efficiency apartments which are nice..
The hotel is okdernand sime age shows here and there but otherwise very very nice..
The location is great for actuvities around Scottsdale and Phoenix

Ugh it needs to be completely remodeled.
Pros:

Excellent location and excellent staff.

Cons:

Old and very outdated rooms. It needs to be remodeled. The microwave had holes through the microwave door and that is very unsafe to humans. It can cause burns and it's bad for your eyes. We notified maintenance and he brought us a small microwave to use..We were there 5 weeks and the old one was never replaced. He told us twice that it wasn't in their budget !! I unplugged it as that's what Maricopa Environmental Services said to do immediately. My husband notified the front desk. It's 16 years old and needs replaced so is the refrigerator which hummed & made knocking sounds all night, the dishwasher has rusty racks because the vinyl is missing in chunks from parts of the racks on the top & bottom. The carpeting is old, dirty and stained. The curtains are old, dirty and stained. This place is in desperate need of remodeling. We stayed because it's cheap, great location and excellent staff and pet friendly.
