Pros:

Great location for our needs, but the cramped room means we'll likely stay elsewhere next time.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Even though it is situated on a major street, it was incredibly convenient with easy access to the freeways. There are tons of great restaurants and shops within walking distance, which made exploring the area a breeze. Additionally, the hotel lobby was very clean and the breakfast offered a reliable start to the day with standard options like eggs, turkey bacon, and oatmeal.

Cons:

While the lobby was clean and breakfast was standard, the room itself was a bit disappointing. It was advertised as a suite, but it functioned more like a small studio. For a family of four, it felt very cramped; once the pull-out couch was open, it took up the entire floor, leaving us "on top of one another." Additionally, the bed was not the King size we were promised but it was comfortable.

The internet was also a significant issue. It was unreliable for work meetings, and the room layout made troubleshooting difficult. The desk is on one side of the room while the phone is on the opposite side by the bathroom, making it nearly impossible to talk to tech support while actually working on the computer. For a modern hotel, the connectivity should have been seamless from the start.

Pros:

We loved the early check in option for a small fee, breakfast was great and we have a family of 5 so that was a huge cost savings, love the room layout. The kids had their own room and we had ours. There was plenty of cooking and eating accessories in the closet.

Pros:

The suite was clean,kitchen had all the utensils and appliances. The location was really good.

Cons:

The check in was long and involved. There was a struggle getting to the second floor with luggage and no elevator. The check out staff was not at front desk it was about 6:00 am, crickets, there was no one there, that gave me pause.We finally had to leave the key on the desk and called back later to assure they got it and checked us out.

Pros:

The house keeper in the dinning was constantly watching us eat standing with her back up against the wall call other staff members over to a side room talking about my family and also taking picture of us on her phone which had a pink phone case.

Cons:

The fact we were not treated like everyone else when it came to dinning. We were told that we couldn't take a creamer for coffee or any condiments. We had a disable vet family member with us

Pros:

Comfortable bed. Quiet. Clean room.

Cons:

Bathroom needs updating. Poor water pressure in shower.
Felt more like an extended stay vs hotel. Beds should have been made daily. We had to request clean towels.
