Pool and jacuzzi
The room was extremely small. The only chair was a plastic one at the desk area. So your only option was to sit on the bed. Very uncomfortable.
The breakfast items were limited. The coffee was cold. The toasted didn't work.
Good location.
The receptionist is extremely unprofessional. He kept talking to someone else the entire time—with an earpiece in—during my check-in. The place smells horrible. It is extremely dirty; there was a huge strand of hair on top of the toilet seat. When I went to take a shower, the water just sat in the bathtub—it even covered my feet.
The pool was cold so was the hot tub. My bathroom was filthy. Dirt in the corners dirt on the walls.
It was easy to get to.
Needed a totally update and a good cleaning.
The room was clean and obviously updated, bathroom small but adequate, everything worked. Bed was comfortable tho a little squeaky. Good location. Left too early to take advantage of breakfast, but there’s a Perkins next door and Dunkin across the street.
First, the hall smelled like someone threw up. And it smelled cigarette smoky tho it was non smoking. The worst was a guy in the room next to me shouting obscenities, whether at someone or something on tv I don’t know, along with thumping music. The fr desk clerk went over & told him to stop and he did, tho later he got a little loud but not as bad as before. There were people talking in the hallway as late as 2 AM that woke me up. If it’s not already on the paper, you sign when you check in, there ought to be a stiff warning to people that if they are loud and obnoxious, they may be told to leave, and that they need to sign the paper to acknowledge. They have read the warning. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to deal with obnoxious neighbors at a hotel. Maybe it would help if it’s not really busy, the front desk clerk has an empty room separating customers.
Nothing
The property was runned down. Do not let the enhanced photos fool you. From the lobby to pool to room. Pool paint was chipping. Pool was dirty. Jacuzzi was just warm stagnant water with no jets. The room was dingy. Tv didn’t work. Whole place smelled like stale cigarettes although signs posted everywhere “no smoking”. When we asked for a refund cuz we wanted to go somewhere more up to scale. They gave us a huge run around even though it said in the policy that we had up until 6pm that night and it was 5. After my husband went down a couple times to discuss the matter we were surrounded by what seemed to be the family and pushed out in a very unprofessional manner. Still waiting until this day for the rest of my refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL if you like anything above a 1 star..
Close
Breakfast was not great at all ended up going to DD
It was close to place we needed to be next day
Kinda dirty
Nothing everything
The pool was open
The walls and doors were in bad shape
The tub was nice and big
The shower part sucked and the hot and cold where backwards which sucked at first
Pool and hot tub.
Bathroom vent/light was very noisy.
It was in a good location for our trip
The facility was old, carpet worn, and not as clean as it should be. The breakfast was sub par and the coffee/water was bad. We stopped there mainly for nostalgic reasons. With an effort to upgrade, it could be an historic stay for those of us who remember HoJos from bygone years.
