The staff was excellent. The manager was so helpful and professional.
All was good.
Very nice comfortable big room overall very impressed. We were there for Katt Williams show at Nutter Center very convenient!
Our Blackout curtain did not work and we noticed a wash cloth stuck in the left corner of it like they knew it didnt work!
Lost a wallet with $1,770 money order in it
Very clean and well maintained.
Room was a bit small, cramped..
Overall amazing! Not one complaint
There was nothing I didn’t like I will definitely stay here again!
Super friendly staff!!! Very close to Air Force museum. Right across the street from a big grocery store. Rooms were nice and clean.
The staff Steven at night and Brittany during the day
Breakfast was good overall. Eggs, oatmeal, bread choices were all good. The sausage was mediocre at best. Coffee was excellent.
One of the lights in bedroom kept flickering. No closet. No extra blankets.
Very clean and comfortable
No drawers to place items of clothing. We have to live out of the suitcase.
This Tru was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Our room was clean. The shower had perfect hot water. The beds were comfortable. The exercise room was clean. Breakfast included pancakes, sausage, and eggs, which were good. Our only complaint was that some kids were staying here and were playing outside our room, making a lot of noise, but it didn't last too long. Only 25 minutes away from the Clifton Mill Christmas lights.
One of the nicer hotels we have stayed in lately. Their breakfast was also was pretty good too.
3rd shift said there was no cribs or bassinets, which was why we booked the room. The next day the 1st shift was very nice and got us one right away. However, the second night was consistent banging and noise above us and there was no 3rd shift downstairs and nobody would answer the phone to help. Unfortunately, it was a very stressful weekend.
Hotel number 4 on a trip from Tennessee. Well looked after like all the others we stayed at. Coming from the UK, we're used to the the older and quirkier establishments, but these more "corporate" hotels do the job fine. Very clean and quiet room (once you've turned off the a/c). Breakfast ok to get you going, but just not the same as we get in the UK. Tea, coffee, nibbles, beer and wine available in the foyer 24x7. Much bigger room than we get in the UK. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially a lady called Agnes, who went above and beyond. Will be back again as the government shutdown meant that the USAF museum was closed and this hotel is good value in the right place. More importantly, its just a short walk from the excellent Wandering Griffon pub/grub !
