The sofa bed was broken.
The phones in the rooms did not work.
The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night and staff had to stand on our bed to remove it.
The room was dirty.

It was disappointing
Pros:

The staff was nice and welcoming and they had vouchers for free drinks

Cons:

Our room did not have a telephone in it and the Ac was broken. The room also was a little dirty.

It was ok, but most likely won’t stay here again.
Pros:

Liked that it was closer to our destination, and that’s about all.

Cons:

We have stayed here a few times before and never had any issues. This time it didn’t feel as clean, felt like the standards have gone down. The pool area was not clean at all, dirty towels all over the place, left behind clothes, garbage.

Pros:

Breakfast was awsome.
On site guest laundry was very helpful

Cons:

On the website, it shows a hot tub, none on property, plugs for the 6 charge did not work
Room service was disappointing, no coffee replaced for us, garbage not thrown out,
Parking lot just not big enough, had a hard time parking one of the nights the security had to help about 6 of us park in random spots
