Pros:

Our room was very spacious. We had a large living room large tv small kitchenette and sofas one had a fold up bed.
Bedroom was spacious, large tv king size bed. Bathroom, walk in shower which worked well toilet was low but it didn't bother us. This hotel suited us as it was very close to my daughter and the BART.

Cons:

It's small,we didn't really like the dinner we had. It was very basic for what we had served. I thought I had mushrooms with my salmon ended up being burnt brussel sprouts.
In our room we just had a coffee maker no electric jug. In our kitchenette we had no tea towels, cutlery or bowels and plates and coffee cups just cardboard cups.

General Manager puts her bonus and personal gain over guest comforts
Pros:

As someone who is found of someone who currently works at this hotel, I feel guests deserve transparency before booking. Unfortunately, the property has struggled with ongoing cleanliness, service, and parking garage issues for many months. Multiple leaders, including the former head housekeeper, have recently resigned, and morale among staff has been heavily impacted.

Guests should be aware that common complaints often include sewage or plumbing odors in rooms, delayed upkeep, and inconsistent service. Many of these concerns are known internally, though management may minimize or dismiss the severity of the issues when addressed by guests.

One of the most disappointing aspects is the lack of visible leadership. Guests rarely, if ever, see or speak with the General Manager, and many operational decisions appear to prioritize cutting costs over improving the guest experience. This hotel has the potential to be a beautiful and successful property, but that would require leadership that genuinely values hospitality, staff support, and guest satisfaction over financial bonuses and reports.

I do want to emphasize that the front desk Ryan, Nataly, Veronica & Christina, top agents, the are doing the best they can with the resources they’ve been given. Please continue to treat them kindly, as many of the ongoing issues are beyond their control.

Exceptional Hospitality, thank you Veronica and Clinton
Pros:

I recently stayed at your location and checked in with my wife and children. There was a language barrier however, Miss Veronica stepped in and assisted my wife and was able to comfort my wife as she felt embarrassed and a burden to your desk for asking simple questions. Miss Veronica gave me her business card and said I could reach out to her directly with any service request. I received a TripAdvisor card from your engineer Clinton, who was amazing. He and Veronica are the example of going above and beyond and exceptional hospitality service.

Not worth the price
Pros:

The ambiance was attractive.

Cons:

The phones in the rooms did not work. The pull out sofa was broken, so our son had to sleep on the dirty couch. The room was dirty and dusty. The bed was uncomfortable. And we had a smoke detector going off in our room in the middle of the night.

Pros:

Breakfast was fine and lobby looked okay. Room was in need of repair and no hot water. Took tepid showers. Parking lot was awful. Staff was pleasant but inadequate.

Cons:

Bathroom in room was awful. I told the staff. Nothing was done or offered. Staff did not inform us of the every other day room cleaning and there were no signs in the room to let us know that we needed to request to have our room cleaned.

Not comforatble with this hotel will not stay again.
Pros:

Not much. Breakfast was just OK. Not like it used to be.

Cons:

Room only had half of the couch. Not enough seating for four people. Beds were NOT comforable. Asked to move to another room. Apparently many other rooms only have half the couch as well, I was told by front desk. Most are broken. No other rooms available? really, it was not that busy. Parking is a nightmare, the One pass they text to your cell phone does not work. Could not get out or in with ease, had to call front desk, unacceptable at $34 a night to park. The pool has become a child birthday party room with parents not watching kids. 30 kids in pool screaming at one time, rocks were thrown inside the pool by one child while others swam, rocks are in planter next to pool. Sandy substance from a pool toy was near the pool steps, edge of pool, asked staff to clean. it never was cleaned and ended up inside the pool by kids playing with it. Wet children were also inside the adjacent work out room making the floor completely wet. Parents did nothing. There is A LOT of security at this hotel by the pool area, etc, they need it ! First time we had to get wrist bands from the front desk to swim in the pool, each time. I will not be back. Staff seems clueless to these issues. They provide no information or additional help.

Great hotel, but please ditch the room fragrance.
Pros:

Big rooms, nice bar and excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Honestly, the only thing that bothered us was the scent in the room. Not sure if it is piped in or the cleaning product, but it was a bit overwhelming. We cracked our window open and it helped a tad.

A problem fixed by an excellent staff.
Pros:

There was a small hiccup with my reservation, when I checked in. But the ladies at the front desk, Nataly and Veronica, worked the problem and solved it for me quickly. If it wasn't for Nataly and Veronica fixing my reservation issues. I would have had a 3 hour drive. So thank you Nataly and Veronica for taking care of the issue!!!

Pros:

The room was large!! Loved everything about it. And even though we were on the side where the motor rail comes by it wasn't too loud.
