Doesn’t warrant a second stay
Pros:

Understaffed at check in one person duringn peak check in time, means 15 min wait to get keys. Rooms are dated and have low popcorn ceilings making them claustrophobic despite ‘suite’ layout. Also charge $34 for parking which is out of line with this level hotel.

Pros:

Jonathan worked the front desk and was very helpful & patient, did the best he could to accommodate me. Whenever I’m in the Bay, Walnut Creek specifically I will be looking to come stay here again thanks to Jonathan.

We Love Embassy
Pros:

I ALWAYS enjoy my stays at Embassy Suites. The breakfast and the happy hour are amazing amenities. Shout out to Jonathon for such amazing service throughout the stay. That smile truly brightens up a room. Anytime I'm in the area, I'll be staying here.

Rose at the front desk of the Embassy Suites Walnut Creek made our entire experience exceptional from the moment we arrived. Her attitude was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She went above and beyond to make check-in smooth and stress-free, and her positive energy truly set the tone for our stay.

Amazing service, great attitude, and someone who clearly takes pride in what she does. Rose is a true asset to the hotel—thank you for such a great first impression!

Not as advertised
Pros:

We were not able to park our Vehicle and my husband drove around for 20 minutes trying to find a spot. He ended up using a different place and walked to the Hotel. We were not the only ones that had this issue. Happy hour was quite the joke. No food was left which was expected but no attempts were made to bring out more food. There was only one Bartender and the line to get a beverage was beyond ridiculous. He was nice but it took over 30 minutes to get a drink . Location was great. The Room
was spacious but a bit outdated and not the cleanest. The staff was nice overall. Not a Hotel i would choose again unless i had no other choice.

Cons:

The Hotel was not as advertised. Happy Hour has a limit which is fine but it needs to be made clear. No food was available. Decent place for large groups and Kids.

Location is good. I didn’t attend breakfast.

Cons:

Lobby persons were really bad, rude - Jonathan and Dinetta. I felt as a neglected for service, also booked it 2-3 weeks ahead. They didn’t have badges, when I asked the name it was rejected, answer was “guest service agent” and Dinette was giggling at me. Disgusting.

Cons:

They got me in a room that wasn’t clean at all. All furniture was scattered in living room. Bath tub was covered with hair. And they NEVER get my with hand shower bathroom. I always send a request and never get it in spite they obviously seed I am disabled.

Room felt more like a “cheaper” hotel, bathroom definitely had cigarette smoke smell, entry door was super hard to open. Not what we expected at all. I’m a Hilton member and this has to be the worst hotel I have stayed at.

Embassy Suites IS the place to stay!
Pros:

Very clean room and facilities. Staff very helpful. Loved the room linens and bath products in shower. And loved the large tv's! The extra blanket and pillow in closet was nice to have to cuddle up in living room to watch tv.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. I could not find anything negative to report.

Not sure if I would stay here again. We usually love embassy suites especially for sports tournaments. But this location
Pros:

The location of the property was perfect with convenient parking and the hotel waa decorated nicely and it's spacious.

Cons:

We had a shower head that was very loose and it was hard to shower and the tub would fill with water. The bathroom was spacious however it had no counter space to place any toiletries. Also, the bathroom door did not close completely so it didn’t provide any privacy.
