breakfast was great! something for everyone. room was spacious.
Though parking was on sight, it was an additional cost and inadequate for the location.
I love how the property has an indoor pool very clean. The hotel room was very clean comfortable and my kids were able to enjoy themselves without any complaint. That’s why I always stay here at the Embassy suites.
My room had a lot of dust in it. I did not complain about it because I love the embassy suite I didn’t wake up the next day with bad allergies.
The location based on our road trip. The parking garage security gentleman was very kind and helpful.
Upon arrival I was told “good luck” finding parking. We have 2 family reunions in house. I could park down the street at a public parking spot. They have a garage. Parking is $36 a night, however they do not have sufficient parking for the amount of rooms they have. Once we got to our room, it was not clean. The carpet had something incredibly sticky our shoes stuck to. The sofa had something spilled on it. There were only 2 towels no soap, we went to the desk to get towels. There was a line 5 people deep. Only the person at the counter got towels. The rest of us in line for towels were told another 30 minutes. My husband went back 3 more times and still no towels. We had been on the road and wanted to both shower before bed and no bath towels just hand towels were in the room. The last time he went to ask for towels he was told that the person working was alone and could not get them. We would have to wait till morning. I also tried calling both the front desk and housekeeping from the room 11 times and no answer. In the morning, I went to the front desk, I was told they didn’t have any towels but heard that it was a problem the night before. I explained to the person at the front desk how it is unacceptable they do not have something as basic as towels available. They belong/are owned by a corporation not some mom and pop hotel where you could maybe under this happens. She did everything she could and finally after about 30 minutes someone walked out with towels. It delayed our departure from their hotel. She did really try to recover the service. However the service from check-in through the morning was not up to par. I had just stayed at Embassy Suites in Scottsdale for a couple nights and they provided 10+ service. Walnut Creek considering the area I was thoroughly disappointed.
Honestly Rose front desk was fabulous she did everything possible to make our stay as pleasant as possible, would definitely recommend, and will cone again thanks to rose from front desk
I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The room was not properly cleaned and had a strong, foul odor that seemed to be related to a plumbing or sewage issue. I was given cleaning spray and air freshener, but that did not fix the actual problem. The shower also would not drain properly, so water built up while I was trying to use it. These are basic maintenance issues that should have been taken care of before the room was given to a guest.
The room was also missing essential amenities. Instead of face towels, there were only hand towels available. On top of that, the Wi-Fi did not work, even though it was advertised as part of the stay.
What was most frustrating was the complete lack of customer service. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but no one answered for hours. I even contacted customer service representatives, and they were unable to reach anyone at the hotel by phone. It is unacceptable that neither guests nor customer service could get a response from the property.
Overall, this stay left me feeling frustrated, ignored, and extremely disappointed. I paid for a clean, functional, and comfortable room, but instead I dealt with unsanitary conditions, unresolved maintenance problems, missing amenities, and a serious lack of communication from the hotel staff.
Breakfast was good.
The sofa bed was broken.
The phones in the rooms did not work.
The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night and staff had to stand on our bed to remove it.
The room was dirty.
Very beautiful and clean hotel. Good breakfast too and dog friendly
Parking is kind of crazy. We eventually parked in the public parking next door and saved some $
Thanks for extending the bar time for us. This two drinks really helped us out! The breakfast here is the best free breakfast we experienced in all of our travels.
Clean and great location. Across from Bart.
The staff was nice and welcoming and they had vouchers for free drinks
Our room did not have a telephone in it and the Ac was broken. The room also was a little dirty.
Location
