Very beautiful inside the main area but the rooms are lacking.
Pros:

Location was close to everything. Access to the freeway was very close. The staff were incredible and very pleasant to talk to and ask questions. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

The bathroom did not have a working bath fan so it stayed wet after a shower the entire day. The door to the bathroom and bedroom were very wide and blocked access. Many of the entrance doors had extra metal braces on them like they had been pried open at some point and weren’t fixed. Our door handle wouldn’t open the door on the first try and I would have to tap my key card again and again just to enter the room. Windows did not open so there was no way to get fresh air. The AC unit rattled the grill when in use.

Very pleasant
Pros:

Spacious lobby and gathering spots. Very clean and large room. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming.

I left there sneezing with a bad runny nose because of all of the dust right by my head in that room
Pros:

I liked how the lobby area was very clean and day personal was very friendly, professional, and courteous.

Cons:

I requested a wheelchair accessible room which I got, the problem is the room was dirty, the carpet was very nasty, the bed had other people hair on to of the covers and when I pulled back the bedding there was more stringy hair that was left there. I called the front desk asked for another pillow because they’re pillows are to soft that your whole head just sinks down in a miserable way. I never got the pillow, so I was told if I needed another that I would have to go downstairs to the front desk and get it. I’m on oxygen due COPD, and it takes a lot out of me just to go to the bathroom right next to the bedroom

It wasn’t as good of experience as when I have stayed here before.
Pros:

It was convenient to where I needed to be

Cons:

I usually like this hotel. But this time my door was damaged and I could see the floor on the other side. The noise level in the atrium can get loud, without a good closer on the room door, you can hear all the noise in your room. Which happened this time. The desk would only apologize .

Had ants in our room even found one in the bed!

Nice stay in Walnut Creek
Pros:

Rooms are spacious. Clean and quiet. Breakfast is great. Staff is very nice, competent and accommodating. Location perfect to get around the bay area - by car or Bart.

Cons:

Parking is much too expensive.

Pros:

All good.

Cons:

The property needs security in the garage and front entrance. In the evening, cars were parked and blocking the driveway. My Uber was unable to move. There was no one directing traffic.
