It was cool, but it definitely needed some small but it’ll definitely improve the experience greatly
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and gorgeous, can definitely bring plenty of folks over.

Cons:

The toilets water pressure is weak so if you put a toilet paper in there expect it to clog and expect it to flood. Also I’ve noticed they don’t give you full toilet rolls, it was noticeable that they left a half used one in my suite.

Overall for the amount that’s paid , you get a good value. My kids were happy .
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, and I liked being able to take the kids swimming which was the main reason why we stayed here .

Cons:

The cleanliness of our room could have been way better. There was dust , around the lamps in the room. Stains in the bathroom that made we feel uncomfortable.

Pros:

Good location. Nice common area space. Nice variety and options for breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom in our room was not clean and the rollaway mattress was stained. Additionally, there were no expected personal products such as cotton balls, Qtips, vanity mirror or bathroom that are typically included with this quality of hotel. Also, the parking lot was very crowded and the front circular entry had so many cars at points that it wasn't possible to enter the underground parking. Front desk line wait was more than 12 minutes at times.

Perfect location, beautiful facilities
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing; pretty much everything you could think of was available. The facilities are very nice and the building is nice to be in. I enjoyed the elevators with the view and the indoor balcony walkways all the way around. The rooms are so big and roomy with a bedroom and living room. The employees were super friendly and very helpful. There were many food choices within walking distance, so that was nice. We took BART in from the Oakland airport, so we didn't need a car to get there. We used a LYFT and they picked us up right at the hotel entrance. You can take BART pretty much anywhere from there.

Cons:

We had a dog barking two doors down from us; I think the owner left it alone in the room. When we talked to the front desk, they said they weren't aware of any policy regarding barking dogs, but if it continued to bark after 10pm, we should let them know. We didn't hear the dog during the night, so that was good. I didn't really enjoy the dinner at the Embassy Grill, and I didn't feel too good after eating it, but that might have been a fluke.

Friendly staff, but poor cleanliness, noise, and room conditions made this a disappointing stay.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The location was convenient, and the breakfast was decent overall. I have stayed here several times in the past and previously had good experiences.

Cons:

The room did not feel clean or well maintained, we found a used shaver in the bathroom, chips along the walls, worn furniture, and mold in the shower caulking, and there was no shower gel provided. Our neighbor’s door slammed so loudly that it rattled our room each time it closed, and my kids and I didn’t get much sleep the first night because of the constant noise. At breakfast, my son found a hair in his fruit and the coffee tasted like the dispenser needed cleaning.

Doesn’t warrant a second stay
Pros:

Understaffed at check in one person duringn peak check in time, means 15 min wait to get keys. Rooms are dated and have low popcorn ceilings making them claustrophobic despite ‘suite’ layout. Also charge $34 for parking which is out of line with this level hotel.

Pros:

Jonathan worked the front desk and was very helpful & patient, did the best he could to accommodate me. Whenever I’m in the Bay, Walnut Creek specifically I will be looking to come stay here again thanks to Jonathan.
